During those several months of transition the people I had worked with at the first company left and I only was able to contact Hugo who had started a new company, Premier. Hugo had worked alongside one of the guys from the previous company and completely understood my frustration. Despite this bill being the responsibility of the other company Hugo and his team at Premier made things right for me and covered the PGE bill. I was really impressed with his dedication to make things right. The system and install itself are all working perfect.
