I wish there was a category for ""0"" stars. I wouldn't let them build a dog house. They never fixed the major issues with our lanai cage which we were left to deal with. Gutters not properly pitched and leaking into our attic, framework sagging, etc. Awful, awful, awful

Premier sent a rep to my home after hurricane Irma for an estimate to my pool cage screen. Under duress, I had to sign an estimate that was clearly excessive, but they would not compromise. After getting other estimates, it was clear that Premier was price gouging and taking advantage at a time of great stress. I will never do business with them again, and neither should you.

We were among the unfortunate people who lost our lanai cage during Hurricane Irma. We contracted to replace the cage with Premier Pool Enclosures. Their crew showed up at 9am and worked non stop to complete the project at 6pm.They did a very professional and thorough job. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them for your pool enclosure needs.

I worked here through the temp agency that gave me the temp job. And I will say the work that they do is good. They were really busy after hurricane Irma. They were overbooking and taking more then they can do. The storm really did a number on peoples screen enclosures. They are hard workers but I notice the staff is getting overwhelmed with the over work and struggling to stay afloat. Some customers were not so friendly on the phone to me and other staff but most customers were ok and understanding with all the damage and properties that needed fixing. I was answering phones while there and putting people on a list. I will say the company is good and they are hard workers trying to provide excellence and good customer service to clients and their homes. It was a stressful time for everybody because this storm but every staff member was nice to me while
I helped out there.

Our pool enclosure was installed by Premier under contract by WCI June 2015 in Hampton Park located in Fort Myers, FL. Our screens have come down every 2-3 months since install. We have waited as long as 2 weeks to get repaired. Last repair done second week of July. Middle of August and now same story, falling apart again. Now we are no longer under warranty. This Company has the nerve to want to be paid to repair what was never done right. I have lived in homes almost 20 years and never had a screen come down. Now in Aug. 2017 still having to deal with this. This Company is the worst. They walked on our roof during one repair and broke roof tiles and did not say anything about damaging it. My husband was standing underneath the roof when repairman was walking on roof and heard the cracking noise. After the repairman left he used a ladder and saw the broken tiles. We had to get repaired. Luckily my husband was present and located the damage before any water damage from a leaking roof to our home occurred. This Company should not be allowed to continue business!!

For anyone who's a homeowner in Southwest Florida you undoubtedly have experienced the poor quality workmanship a lot of trades have preformed on your house and a complete lack of respect shown for your property. Premier Aluminum is not that company. They were professional and courteous throughout the job, which was no easy feat. They replaced parts of my 3000+-foot pool cage, which were failing; sometimes-sending men well over 30 feet in the air for the re-screen. They replaced all rotted cedar fascia boards, inadequate rain gutters, as well as all the corroded aluminum. The thing that amazed me the most was they never cut any corners to complete the job quickly. Their crew was equally proficient in their task and always polite. The company does not use day laborers', if that's important to you. I owe a debt of gratitude to Mark, Paul and their employees. If you want your next job done right and don't want to skimp on quality call PREMIER ALUMINUM.

They didn't finish the work at my house. My enclosure pours in water. They don't return your calls. They just don't care. Would not recommend to anyone.

""We'll call you back as soon as we know."" That is their mantra and thus far, we've yet to hear back. Our pool contractor has subcontracted this company for our pool enclosure. They didn't come out when scheduled to measure. After they eventually came out, over four weeks ago, they've hadn't scheduled installation because they were working on a beam? When I called them, they said they'd get back to me once they found out from the 'shop' as to where they were with their schedule?! We're hostage to the pool contractor, and to this company being that we cannot complete this project on our own. I'm very close to turning this matter over to an attorney.

Beware. Get everything in writing in terms of schedule. Get that from your pool contractor and from this company. I'm afraid that without it, you too will be a sitting duck just like us. Frankly, I'm appalled that our pool contractor would hire them for our pool. Of all people, they should know who they're doing business with. We trust the contractor to keep to task. That includes ensuring that all sub-contractors are timely, and provide quality work.

Had pool screen replaced,crew they sent out did shotty workmenship
12/27/13 gave deposit to rescreen pool area. Crew came out 1/22/14 to proceed. Crew came in like whirlwind to replace screen. In process broke numerous plants around pool area. They hide the broken pieces thinking I would not see. They did not trim screens..did not screen door properly, had defective piece of screening up. Also had broke numerous roof tiles were they walked on roof. Very poor workmanship!!

Desired Settlement
Would like partial refund due to there terrible workmanship and for hours on phone trying to deal with them and roof repair. . They never returned any phone calls untill I threatened to cancel check or go into office.. called them well over a dozen times. After numerous phone calls of me hounding ..they finally sent a supervisor out to correct screen issues and replaced 3 of the plants. We had to get roof repaired and had to move planting where they broke numerous plants in half. They left pieces of screening in pool and all around property. Had to clean up after them too***please send all correspondence to Illinois address. Address of Florida property is XXXXX ***** ****** ****,ft Myers fl.
