My home has a reoccurring issue with the plumbing that connects to the city. My toilets, showers, and sinks would always backup. I contacted Premier Construction, and they had someone out quickly, who immediately got to work. It wasn't a simple job because they couldn't just ""snake"" the pipes from inside the house. They literally dug a hole in my front yard, tapped into the main line, and used a special tool that used high pressure water that cuts through roots, hair, etc.! Now everything is working great! Haven't needed to call the plumbers ever since!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

Initially I was starting off with new floors in my house, the contractor that I hired first, I felt was doing a sloppy job so I started looking around and found Pablo, I asked him to QC my floors and he was able to point out plenty of places where the initial floor person was being lazy and not doing the job correctly. So he went on and fixed it and the floors look amazing. He did such a good job, I had him remodel my kitchen, bringing it from an older late 80's look to a modern 2024 kitchen and he did amazing with that so we just kept going. He ended up getting a beam removed from my living room and relocating a bathroom for me and completely opened up my floor plan. I kept adding things on as we went and he just kept taking them on and giving top end service and results. All in all I ended up spending about 150K with him and have no regrets. When compared with other contractors, he beat every single one of them. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality contractor, will go as far as putting my stamp on Pablos work, if anyone has questions feel free to hit me up!
