Our new roof is perfect! We looked long and hard for a quality roofer to replace both our leaky flat roof, and the angled gable roof on our home. The search led us to Patrick and Premier Building & Design, whom a friend recommended. At our first meeting Patrick came in strong. He was smart, professional and offered a solid, reasonable quote with a timeline ready to go. The most recent rains which were pretty heavy made us nervous but both the roofs held up through all of these storms. Everything stayed dry! My husband said that now he's not afraid of rain or worried about having to get up on the roof and tarpaulin everything down. Patrick also installed a new HVAC (air & heat) which are working very well. And the old chimney that was always leaking was sealed, stuccoed and painted. No more issues! Patrick brought in quality pros and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Look no further - you've found the guy!

Patrick worked with us during the negotiations on a new home so that we had a very clear understanding of what work we'd need to prepare for. He is super communicative and open to collaboration of ideas.

The work (new roof on main structure and garage, installation of tankless water heater, foundation bolting, sewer repair, attic repairs) was on budget and on schedule. We're thrilled with the work and will absolutely use Premier Building and Design in the future.
