We love our new roof. The roofers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't see one nail anywhere. I suggest renting a porta potty for your roofers unless you have an accessible bathroom.

Our roof is amazing and we have received many compliments from people driving by.

If I could make it TEN STARS, I would! We have nearly a 4,000 square foot home with a flat roof. I re-roofed it once about 30+ years ago. Since then, I have punched through the roof for telephone lines, re-plumbing, security system, DirecTV, and loads of other intrusions. No surprise that for the past few years we are seeing more and more leaks. Time to re-roof?

I called Preferred because of their highly positive reviews and reputation. Aaron spent at least an hour with my wife and myself on the roof analyzing the situation and was happy to make some recommendations. Not the most expensive, but simply the right way to handle our complex roofing situation.

An honest man! An honest roofer! Now, tell me how many times you have experienced that kind of morality in today's world!
