Brittany did not find any solutions for me who was extremely rude didn't care the outcome. The only thing she cared about was to swap my whole unit with the furnace because supposedly it's a TRANE and they couldn't find the condenser to make it work. So she close a ticket because supposedly she gave me options that I didn't care for horrible customer service. It's very hard to trust AC companies when they're running like this company.

I first used PHS through my home warranty for an air conditioning condenser replacement, and ended up upgrading/ doing a cash out and working with them directly on a better unit to match the rest of my system. They were reasonable on rates, had a couple options, and overall extremely responsive, respectful, and diligent on the job. I was impressed with everyone from the sales crew to the install crew and saved their number.

Flash forward a year, I have a water heater leak, the home warranty company sends a plumber that asks for a few thousand dollars worth of modifications before they can do the job, and I call PHS to see if by chance they do plumbing as well. Turns out they do, I got a very reasonable quote compared to two other companies, they weren't the cheapest but definitely the most robust, price was in the middle, and NO upcharge compared to initial quote. I had a tank gas heater replaced as well as replacing an old tank gas with a tankless. Both were installed really well, drain pans replaced, everything tested, and the tankless is an amazing upgrade!

After they finished that job I also asked for a quote on bypassing and removing our old water softener which was reducing water flow and honestly no longer being used. Again, reasonable quote, short turnaround, and great job.

Special shout out to Codi and Matt who were the primary crew doing the water heater and water softener jobs, they cleaned up after themselves, were careful with my property and were so diligent on making sure we were satisfied I have no doubt the way they did the job will last a long time.

I know this review may seem over the top but I've had so many issues with contractors the past 5 years I'm literally putting them at the top of my list of anything I need done in the hopes that its something they do!
