Ambulance chasers. Called my cell which is on the do not call registry looking for business as they were in the area and we may have damage. Did not solicit their business and the call should never have been placed.

I was very happy with the entire process of having my 20 year old roof replaced recently by Preferred! The contact person Matthew knows his products and being in construction myself it's great to have that trust built from the beginning. I did a double take during my interview meeting when he said they dont require any $$ 'til the roof it completed!
Wow, how unusual is that? As planned it was a 1& 1/2 day task...the crew worked from dawn til dusk literally! I was very happy with the process of tear off protection and clean up too. Youde never know anyone was there except for the new shingles! My proposal included replacing a couple water damaged fascia splices...after painting they look great too! They even at my request power washed my driveway upon completion! Cant say enough good things about this team! Cal Miler

I paid Preferred Elite Construction over $40,000.00 and now ALL of the work they did has to be torn off and redone. I had a forensic inspector tell me I have to have the entire roof replaced and all of the siding. Also, all of my windows and doors have to be removed and reinstalled with proper flashing and sealing. Nothing that they did is compliant with TWIA requirements or applicable codes. I now have a lawsuit pending against them.

We had a pretty severe storm blow through a couple of weeks ago and I immediately reached out to get my roof fixed as we had lost several shingles etc.

Cody answered or call and came over to our home for an inspection. Stated we had hail damage,
Wind damage etc.

After our insurance came over and stated we indeed needed a new roof; we set up our replacement appointment.

A couple of rainy days later their crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 7 am and were completely done around 430 pm.

I was blown away that an entire roof took only 8 1/2 hours with the crew only taking one noticeable break.

I'm very impressed! The roof is sturdy and done with high quality. I'll be referring all of my friends. Thanks again!

This company, Preferred Elite Construction, did my 25 K roofing project on Jan 2017.
I have a same feeling as Tim S. I had communicated with this company over 100 times through emails, Text message and phone call, for issues and concerns. A lot of headache. The project manager is not well trained and just want to cut cost. For example, All window screens were re-screened instead of replace, which insurance covered.
My roofing project was done Jan 2017. At middle May 2017, in attic, I found the gas furnace pipe was disconnected, I was shocked and email this company. They said it is easy and promised to have someone come to fix. I remind them on Oct 2017 and early November 2017 again. They not respond at all. Seems they don't care.
From Jan to Nov 2017, 10 months past, they did not fix a issue (they said easy fix), how I can trust them for 50 years or life time warranty?
Even though it is hard to find a good contractor, I will not recommend this company.

Had a great experience with preferred elite. Company is ran very well and they seem to care a lot about how they treat customers.
Management is sharp and the overall experience I had was great. Would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Preferred Elite did a great job on our roof. Their quote was far less than everyone else's and they did a much better job than the other companies who did the houses around ours. Their crew was also quiet while working. No yard mess during or after. They added drip edge and all the flashing my house didn't have before. Other companies wanted to charge extra for this. No complaints at all. Happy customer. I would recommend.

This company is run by complete amateurs with absolutely no customer service skills. After seeing their work and conduct, they will definitely not be around for 30, let alone 50, years to follow through on the warranty.

First, the canvassing sales pitch was ""you have to sign today to lock it in at that price."" I should have listened to my gut and passed when that's how they begin. What I learned is that you end up paying for any lower prices in the quality of work and follow up after the project.

They left my property a mess. I have for the past month been picking up cigarette butts, pieces of shingle, strips of plastic, and other garbage from the event. More importantly, while they claim that they pick up the nails with a magnet, I am finding them all over my yard, walkways, and even in my driveway! My neighbor came over and told me there were shingles, the plastic wrap the shingles came in, and other debris in his yard. The roofers made no contact with him to attempt to clean his yard.

Also, they put brass overlays over the pipes and, because they bought the wrong size, they bent the tops over the pipes to cover the gap. They looked horrible! The company's rep told me that this is how they always look. When I told him that I wanted them repaired, he said he would come back tomorrow and then immediately asked, ""Can I get the check today?"" I'm glad I said no, as I have not been able to get their manager out to my property for over a month. You will never see these guys again!

Throughout the day, the company's representatives would come and go, leaving the subcontracted roofers alone for most of the day. They brought no decking, which I only realized was a problem when the inspector I hired stated that there were a few soft boards under the newly laid roof. Obviously subcontracted roofers are not interested in delaying their work while they wait on the company reps to return, so they chose to roof over these boards instead of replacing them.

The company claimed they were charging me for a 50-year roof, but the inspector gauged it at a 30-year thickness. I called Owens Corning and they too acknowledged the shingles used have the thickness of what they previously called 30-year shingles (but no longer use this description). The company claimed that because it resists 130-mph winds, it's a 50-year shingle. Yet, everyone else is saying it's comparable otherwise to a 30-year shingle.

I highly recommend you go with another company and avoid the headache of working with a company only interested in your money. You will regret interacting with these people. They have no interest in providing you quality service for your money. Once the check is cashed, they will not return to your property and they never call back.
