Courtney D.I had to update this... they bailed on me after I waited all afternoon and the staff told the boss that I wasn't home but guess what... I have a door camera and you guys never came. So you lied to him. I tried to give them another chance and had to chase him for 2 weeks.. by the time they finally ended up at my door I was frankly sick of it and told them we found someone else. . The first job they did was very good but I guess they don't want repeat business. :(
The owner seems to dispute that this happened but it did. I took a day off work for no one to show up to my home and to be treated like I was too stupid to check a camera. They DO honest work but the scheduling part is a pain. That's why I give them 3 stars.
