Rudy Garnica runs a top notch roofing company. He and his crew are friendly and cater to the needs and desires of the clients. He and his crew were punctual and met the terms of their contract with us to the letter. Rudy met with the city and resolved all the needed documentation and obtained a permit. When the old roof was off and repairs were made, the inspector easily was able to approve their excellent work. The outcome was the same for the inspection after the roof was finished. Two friends who have done roofing in he past said that the job was great. The proof of the pudding was an inspection I just did in the attic after the recent heavy rains. There were absolutely no leaks. It was perfect. What else can be said to give five stars to a firm that I couldn't possibly find fault with.
