He is an extremely knowledgeable roofing SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. I chased a leak in my house for a long, long time. After the latest wind and rain, it exceeded my own capacity. I had to bring in an expert - Thomas Traylor - to fix it permanently. I wish that I had done this years ago. GUARANTEES his work. Without request, he guaranteed his work for 5-years and only used products (shingles and sealants) that comes with warranties themselves. Hired Precision Roof Care LLC, owned by Thomas Traylor, to handle our roofing and painting needs. Unfortunately, our experience with him turned out to be a nightmare. Traylor consistently displayed unprofessionalism by either showing up late or not showing up at all. To make matters worse, he abruptly quit when only one-third of the house was completed, leaving us with a colossal mess.

Not only did Traylor fail to complete the job, but he also owed us a significant sum of $12,635. Frustrated and determined to seek justice, we took him to court. Fortunately, we won the case, but our victory was short-lived as Traylor decided to bail out and vanished from his home and business.

Realizing the extent of Traylor's fraudulent activities, we reported him to RICO (Regulates industry Complaint offices unit. It came to light that (according to the field investigator at RICO,Traylor had been operating without a license for roofing and/or painting, both of which were required for the work he claimed he could do. Furthermore, he had deceitfully used another company's license to obtain a favorable BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating, adding another layer of deception to his already dishonest practices.

Seeking further recourse, we filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office to bring attention to Traylor's fraudulent actions. Additionally, we went a step further and filed a warrant for his arrest, hoping that he would be held accountable for his wrongdoings.

Sadly, the saga continues as Traylor, to this day, continues to deceive and swindle unsuspecting individuals out of their hard-earned money. It is crucial for everyone to be aware of his true nature and avoid falling victim to his cons. Thomas Traylor is indeed a skilled con man, and it is in the best interest of the community to stay cautious and vigilant when dealing with him.

We had a small leak in our kitchen. Thomas identified the problem around two skylights which he removed to do a proper repair after power washing my entire roof and fixing a problem near my solar hot water panels that was exposed. In addition to new shingles around the skylights he completely cleaned and recoated my cricket between the first and second floors for draining rain water. I am very pleased with the work and will have to wait for a heavy rain to see if my small leak is fixed for good... Oh and when he removed my Callaway self-venting skylights, he also cleaned the specialized screens inside that keep insects out before re-installing them...

I don't know who's house you're refering to, but that's not mine. I live in Maunawili Kailua, you fixed a small portion in the front corner of the house. No skylight, no other issues. You were supposed to come back and tape and coat the seam where the repair was completed. You didn't. I texted you several times asking when you could come finish, and at first you responded that you were on the mainland, then stopped responding. My review isn't false, or embellished, you're mixing me up with someone else.

I contacted them to schedule a visit to provide an estimate for water damage repair on my garage roof. Thomas responded very quickly via text and within a day I had a very reasonable quote. He completed the work ahead of schedule with excellent results. He is very knowledgeable in his work and he even offered suggestions on ways save some costs without compromising the repair. He even went out of his way and did some extra repair since he was already working on the roof. I'm now going to use him for some additional work around the house. I'm glad I found him. He'll be my go to for the repair and remodeling work that is outside of my capabilities!

First and for most, I want to ensure that the post are not true about this company. Thomas explained to me he let an employee go do to the lack of skill and no transportation to the job-sites. His wife and friend made these false post on his company to hurt his business. I went on the BBB and he has a A+ rating. I hired him to replace my roof which he did and replaced my rotten fascia free of charge.

This guy is not to be trusted! I hired him to do work in my apartment which he never even started. He kept coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't start and then kept my deposit ($1000) and never did ANY work. He gave me a bad check when I asked for my refund. This guy is a scammer... safe yourself your hard earned money and do not hire him. Like the last review I would have given him a 0 stars but you can't...

This company is not professional. The owner Thomas has a bad attitude and doesn't respect people. He's late all the time and lies constantly. I wouldn't recommend this company to do my roof. I would give this company no stars but yelp wouldn't let me continue.
