Our company specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, durable paint solutions, solar power systems, replacement windows and doors, roofing services, HVAC, landscaping, insulation for attics and walls, retaining walls and concrete, deck and patio installations, and fencing. We take care of projects of all sizes.
Courtney Whillock and George Dunning, the owners of PCR, offer a combined 56 years of experience in home remodeling. The Whillock name is well-respected in San Diego, and George previously owned a large remodeling firm on the East Coast before settling in CA. The owners understand the requirements for quality work. They have directed over $100 million in installations.
Having 26 years of construction experience and 14 years of custom landscaping experience, Courtney has purchased and renovated many homes as flips and is also a licensed a real estate license.

Joe J.NO STARS!! BEWARE!! Be very careful hiring these people. They hire non-licensed people to work on your home which is illegal. The licensing board shows no employees. Only found out after the fact. Plus Its never a good idea to take the lowest bid. They promise to do jobs in record time and then 2 months later....BEWARE!! Forgot to mention George says he will take care of things, but doesn't. Courtney says everything is fine when it's not. Should of known better not to hire a company based on NO REVIEWS. We have learned the hard way on this remodel. Next time we will be more diligent.
Beverly W.George Dunning and Courtney Whillock gave us exceptional service from the estimate to the finishing touches. They built a beautiful deck, replaced all our doors and windows and changed our sliding glass door into French doors. I am looking forward to having them replace my floors and heating system
