This man, Michael lavery, is the most unethical, unprofessional man I have ever met. He cursed my mother in law out,called her every name in the book, he padded the bill that was agreed upon by almost 2,000,on an already 20,000 job, he left garbage piled high on brand new mattresses, his workers got paint on the grout, the glass in the house, they broke multiple tiles, very rude and disrespectful trying to intimidate an elderly lady. Someone needs to put a stop to this.

Doing business with MICHAEL LAVERY of Precision Building is simply a mistake from start to finish. My entire project has been nothing short of total chaos - MICHAEL LAVERY is dishonest and doesn't deliver on his promises. My two bathroom renovation project was under contract for 11 months and the project is still not done. MICHAEL LAVERY basically walked off the job and I was tired of chasing him to get problems resolved. Now I'm left without my final permit, which I doubt seriously if it would have passed, so I'll probably have to initiate work with another company to get the job completed. From the beginning: the initial design was screwed up several times both in pattern and with the wrong material; quality of work or craftsmanship doesn't exist; his work crews hid damages; and left the place a mess with construction debris and paint drips on the floors and counter tops. If for some reason you do choose to contract work with MICHAEL LAVERY be ready for long delays, unmet promises, and having the work redone.

Mike Lavery is an extremely dishonest businessman. He lied to us. He destroyed our home. He was paid in full, over $30,000.00. He didn't pay the sub contractors, or for the materials. He left the job unfinished. It is costing us an additional $20,000.00 to fix the problems left by Precision Building. They used very cheap materials, did sub standard work, walked off the job and told us we could have had better workmanship ""for a price"". Beware of this company and Mike Lavery. Run the other way! This man is a crook.
