I called Precise roofing and they promptly responded. Joseph came out on time for the appointment. I showed him where we had our leak and he immediately set up his drone to take photos of our roof. He detected that our vent flashing were in bad shape and needed replacing. He recommended that all 10 should be replaced because of the age. I got a very fair estimate and his crew was out the next morning. They also found that the gutters and some areas needed sealing. That was also done at a very fair price. 5 STARS, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I sent a service request through Yelp. Joseph replied quickly and showed up the same day to give me advice on repairs needed and not needed. Everything was very straightforward and honest. He even advised me on other repairs needed that he does not perform but he informed me about it nevertheless. All at a very fair price. I would 100% refer my friends and family. We had a noticeable leak in our home and Joseph came out on the day we called to assess the situation and provide a quote that day. Joseph was friendly, responsive and efficient and was able to schedule a roof replacement in between storms. We selected them based on their timely reasonable quote and attentiveness to our requests. With all this rain we have been getting, we got a leak in the ceiling of our upstairs bedroom. I sent out some quotes and Precise Roofing company responded immediately and came out the next day on time. Jacob noticed our house is new and he asked when it was built. We said 2020. He was so nice and honest and told us this should be covered under warranty. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism and time. I felt bad he came all the way to my house, but I wanted to repay him somehow with this good review. And if Pulte homes lets us choose who to use to fix the leak I will definitely use Precise Roofing company and for any other needs we might have in the future. It's hard these days to find honest hard working people!

I sent a quote request thru YELP to do a quick roof inspection and repairs onsite as needed. I received 3 replies from different roofing companies, but 2 couldn't do it the same day. Precise Roofing was the first to reply thru YELP. I informed them I wanted a quick inspection done before the upcoming storm. Joseph understood, but couldn't promise the same day appt, but will do his best to see about scheduling it. I eventually received a call back informing me that he will come out for the same day appt. Joseph was great with scheduling (texting and calling), punctuality, the initial & post inspections (with a drone), repairs (with our approval) and communications throughout the project. My husband and I are very pleased with the value (very reasonable), work and the professionalism from this company. We will definitely consider calling them again in the future for other services.

We came home from vacation to find a roof leak and not only was Jacob fast to respond but he offered to come over to help me temporarily cover the roof for the night! The next day his guys came out and within hours the roof was repatched. I'll definitely use these guys for future projects!
