I saw one of my neighbor's getting their roof done by Precise Roofing so I asked one of the men to see if they can inspect my roof for any damages. Edward said he can do the inspection for free. He was super nice, helpful, and guided me through the process every step of the way. It turns out there was enough damage to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance so he helped me through the process.

Throughout the entire claim process, Edward followed up with me every other day on the status of the adjuster meeting. Even when I didn't know the time, he went ahead and called on my behalf. He advised he likes to meet with the adjuster to make sure they account for all of the damages. When they say they advocate for their client, they really do.

It turns out my insurance didn't approve my claim although Precise saw many damages. Even though it wasn't approved, Precise Roofing went ahead and helped me to appeal my claim. They handled every thing on their end and kept me updated every step of the way. They were able to get the denial appealed and I was able to get a new roof!

The process took a long time, but I was never forgotten about or placed on the back burner. We picked the shingles and the work was done in a couple of days.
