Precise Roofing in Wasilla Alaska did a great job for me. The owner and employees explained everything to me in detail, answered my questions and took pictures of what I wasn't able to see. Customer service is important to me. I got it with Precise Roofing!! Friendly and professional.

I contacted the owner, Brooks Danford, hoping he could repair roof damage at my primary residence. He told me to text him my name and address so he could put me in the schedule. I sent him the information. Two days passed without any update on if he scheduled me or when I could expect him. I called him back and he told me he could stop by on Friday. Friday came and went without any contact from the guy. Complete waste of time. Very unreliable and unprofessional. If he wasn't interested in the job, he could have saved us both the time and told me this upfront.

I recently had Precise Roofing do the roofing on a new construction home. They showed up at the scheduled time and did a good job on the roof.

I am pleased with the roofing work that was done.
Their follow up?

NOT PLEASED at all!!!!

While roofing the house, the workers put all their trash i.e. plastic wrapping from the bundles, shingle scraps, flashing scraps in three piles next to the house and one very large pile in the garage.

The day they left the site (8/13/18), I was told that they would come back to install the flashing and clean up the four piles of trash they left behind so I paid their service invoice IN FULL.

BIG MISTAKE on my part.

Over the next 5 weeks, I placed 6 phone calls asking when they would be back to complete the flashing and clean up the trash piles.

5 weeks after being paid, they returned and installed the missing flashing. The roofer told me he would speak to the owner and remind him the trash still needs to be picked up.

It is now going on 6 weeks and they have never returned to clean up as promised.

The clean-up amounted to having my workers take two large pick-up loads of trash to the landfill; $50 in dump fees and 4 hours of labor charges.

All in all .... less than $200.
Not a huge deal..

The lesson I learned from this experience?
DO NOT give full payment UNTIL the job is 100% complete as some people don't do as they promise.

The roof is terrible had to thousand of dollars to a different company to fix the ""work"" they did. And they won't answer back. Terrible place to go to
