Dave, who leads Precise, operated a general contracting company for ten years. In 2010, during a downturn in the housing market, he accepted a project management position with a prominent contractor in Dallas. On January 1, 2019, Dave made the choice to re-enter the contracting world independently. Under Dave's guidance, Precise is consistently expanding and operates with integrity and excellence.

David brings more than 30 years of construction and management experience, driven by a desire to assist clients in realizing their home or business visions. David's commitment to quality, excellence, and integrity is evident in all his work.
