Dave, who leads Precise, operated a general contracting company for ten years. In 2010, amid a challenging housing market, he joined a large Dallas contractor as a project manager. On January 1, 2019, Dave made the choice to re-enter the contracting world independently. Under Dave's leadership, Precise continues to grow and is run with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
