The founder of Precise, Dave, managed a general contracting firm for ten years. In 2010, as the housing market struggled, he took a role as a project manager with a major contractor in Dallas. On the first day of 2019, Dave chose to launch his own business again. Under Dave's leadership, Precise continues to grow and is run with a commitment to excellence and integrity.

David brings more than 30 years of construction and management experience, driven by a desire to assist clients in realizing their home or business visions. His dedication to quality, excellence, and integrity shines through in every project.
