Stephen came out o look at our roof as we had a leak during the multiple recent storms this winter. Instead of just looking and gauging what a repair might cost, Stephen actually got up on the roof and cleared debris from under solar panels, tiles and flashing. Essentially the whole thing. Stephen wouldn't accept payment for this - unheard of in this day and age!

Couldn't recommend Stephen and PRC 13 highly enough. We will definitely be using them for future work!

We loved working with Polo and his team! We hired PRC 13 Roofing for a full roof replacement, a bit under pressure as we had a fast-approaching deadline from our insurance company to get it done. Most contractors were scheduling estimates days to weeks out, but Polo called us that afternoon to swing by.

He beat our other estimate by $500 and added brand new gutters, fully fixed any dry rot, and even threw in some tree trimming that we needed for our insurance requirements.

Not only was Polo on site with his team most if not all days, but he did his own inspection of the roof before the city inspector came out. He had consistent communication with us during the entire process, which only lasted a few days - that's including the time it took for the city inspector to complete his review. Our yard is clean, the team left behind no mess.

I'm thoroughly impressed & wouldn't hesitate to hire PRC 13 again. Plus, Polo is a really pleasant guy so that is the cherry on top. Thank you, Polo!!!
