We used Powers Roof Service to get some work done on a very new tile roof. There were a couple of items that the original roofer left not quite complete. They did a great inspection of the roof and have completed the repairs. I have called a number of companies for this job. One of those companies gave a bid 3x as much as Powers did! If you want caring service and a job well done I suggest Powers Roof Service.

I've used Powers Roof Service a couple of times now. Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. They will inspect your roof, take pictures of any issues and review them with you along with any issues that need to be corrected and list them in order of priority so you can decide the best course of action. Their foreman Brandon is great and I appreciated that when they performed the dry rot repair that the owner Galen also came out to inspect the crew as well. There's no one else I'd trust my roof to besides this company.

Powers Roof Service did excellent work repairing our roof in 2019. Recently, we noticed a broken tile on the roof and called them. They sent out a technician who not only replaced the broken tile but inspected and photographed the whole roof for any other problems. All at no cost.

EXCEPTIONAL! These guys are the best in our area for tile roof repair and renovation. Very courteous and pleasant to have on the property.
I was thrilled to have all the roof repairs itemized with associated costs. We did find a couple more areas of dry rot so the price did increase a bit but that was understandable. I have many years as a lead renovation draftsman for engineering projects in Wash DC, so I have high standards. I have worked with world class craftsmen and technicians and I was very satisfied with how our roof repairs were completed.

Galen and crew did an excellent Job replacing the valleys and securing all the roof vents. Had Powers review a sellers inspection and quote the repairs needed. Because the repairs were pretty extensive the split the job into two sections doing the need to do and ought to do work. Made it much more budget friendly. Their pricing for unexpected items not in the quote was very fair. The crew was always very polite and used face coverings whenever they needed to speak with us. Would highly recommend for work on any tile roof work.

The original home builder left a lot inferior construction problems with my roof. I appreciated the work that Brandon and his crew did to repair all the serious defects. A highly professional business who stand by their work and warranties. Brand and Galen are excellent communicators, show up on time and do over the top work. They take pictures of your roof before and after job completion. They clean up after themselves, leaving trace except a clean and orderly roof.
We had an unfortunate roof leak 1 year after they completed a job. They arrived residence in 3 hours during biggest downpour of the year to evaluate and fix. They took ownership of the problem, even in a situation where a cracked roof tile may not have been their responsibility. They stopped the leak, came back in 1 week to reroof a section of the roof and sent a companion to repair our water damaged baseboards in our home. Galen, took the tile in to his shop and did some forensics and it appeared there may have been a stress fracture on the tile for some time that took time to separate.
Ultimately, this shows how dedicated they are standing by their work and their warranty.
We are happy we protected our investment with Powers and would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Powers Roof Service! I was very pleased with the pleasant customer service received and how fast our roof was fixed. The price to fix the issue wasn't too bad either. Galen was very knowledgeable and answered all of mine and my husband's questions very kindly.
