STAY AWAY!!!! This lady showed up to give an estimate and spent an hour telling my wife and I what a great company this is (LOL). After needing to go in the attic and tell me it was one of the hottest she had ever seen told me if it wasn't vented correctly and the roof would eventually collapse and heat would ruin my air conditioner (the house is 17 years old with the original roof and all I wanted was shingle replacement. Bottom line she refused to even give a ball park estimate because my wife left for a doctors appointment and we both needed to be there to hear their great price.

By the reviews it appears that I have dodged a bullet. An appointment was set up with a rep at Sam's Club about installing windows and siding. On the day of the appointment, they confirmed the appointment several times with my mother and then a just a few minutes before the appointment they called to cancel. Stating that they don't service my area. She set up the appointment at a Sam's club in Dallas. We live in Dallas. At 1st I was upset that they canceled the appointment at the last minute but after reading reviews about their main headquarters in PA and their Texas location it seems that there are not a good company to go with.

Power House please do not bother responding to this message with a tired boilerplate response. I'm happy that we did not meet.

I wanted an estimate - not to have a sold hour of my life taken out watching Videos that meant nothing to me. I kept saying ""cut to the chase"" to no avail. I told the guy I was fed up but he kept insisting on showing me videos that were Greek to me.


Everyone at the company that I encountered was WAY too perky and chatty for me. I did get the impression that they were as slick as snake oil salesmen.

The installation crew did an efficient and through job and completed the project quicker than promised. The workmanship was very good, and the quality of the doors installed was top notch.

This company does not tell the truth when they are talking about financing. They misrepresented the amounts. Do NOT use this company. They will tell you one thing and then will have another price. Do NOT believe them. They are not a good company to go with. They are liars. Their financing is shady. They tell you one thing and then call you with another number, but after the 3 day waiting period and you cannot get out of the contract without breeching it, but they do not tell you that if there has been any changes such as additional work signed on, but not completed that you can cancel the contract. Nobody ever tells you that.

Great company that was extremely clear and timely on what they were doing. Jacob, the salesman, did a great job demoing the product and how the process was going to go. Jose, the foreman, was done with 12 windows in 4 hours! Crazy fast and super clean on the cleanup! Even had an inspector out here the next day, Steven, to make sure everything was good to go.

The Power Home Remodeling team was amazing. They came in and knocked out our job in no time. We had the siding replaced and gutters installed. They finished in three days. Everyone was very professional and they cleaned up everything. All their work came with a lifetime warranty; parts and labor. Totally worth the investment. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make improvements on their home.

Run, don't walk. These guys walk the line between slick salesmanship and outright CON-ARTISTS.

Had windows installed a few months ago. Shame on me for not doing my own research first. Thankfully, we only had 5 windows replaced.. to the tune of $5,500.

Everyone you deal with face-to-face is well mannered and clean cut - easy to like (unless you want them to leave). What you find afterwards is you've been sold a bill of goods with nothing in writing to substantiate what you were told, and you've paid a dazzling sum for a very average product. You can look up the energy ratings from the stickers on the installed product.

They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make or salvage a sale. They will not provide you written quotes for anything other than the windows you've already contracted with them for.

I only woke up to the obvious red flags after the work was done - don't make my mistake.

I have seen their window product installed on my relative's house. I liked the product and reached out to this vendor to arrange an appointment.

Sales person Brian, who had left me a voicemail previously was unavailable, so i left a voicemail with my information and desire to get a quote.

I was called back by another individual several times by a number i did not recognize. The number eventually texted saying Brian had asked him to work with me.

The number called again and this time I answered. The individual, can not recall his name, then proceeded to ask me number of windows, if im the owner, etc. He also called me the wrong name and incorrectly identified the relative I had stated in my voicemail.

He then put me on hold claiming that Brian was calling him. After several minutes on hold, he came back, made verification of my info/availability. I advised him that my name he was using was incorrect and the relative referrenced was incorrect. The individual apologized and stated he would contact appointment team and get back with me. After several minutes I received the attached text wanting to again confirm the time and advising that he would ""look bad"" if i cancelled.

At this point I decided the sales tactics were this bad i did not want to do business with them and responded that i would pass on the meeting. The individual then attempted 5 phone calls which I declined and sent a text attempting to reassure that it wod be a quick and painless process.

I felt otherwise and wanted to share this experience so that others can be aware.

I would not recommend this company. I have been paying on a sliding glass door for the past 8+ months that was never installed correctly. Customer service is terrible and not helpful. Below is a picture of the metal having that are accumulating because the door was not installed properly. Someone came out to look at it in June and I am still waiting for repairs.
