I say stay away from this company
Today 3/23/2023 install wrong window in my bathroom I called and explain this not the one I ordered they said they can't do nothing about it if i need I have to pay .an other payment ver sad on and on the promise to put back my Blinds they said they are not supposed to do but the sales man said not to worry now I am sleeping with out blinds

of what I payed ok if you want you can buy a new window I said what I am going to do the one you brought it they said You can keep what unprofessional.instead of solving. They Owen mistake they blame on me. I sign a paper work I am really really depressed please don't use them and very Expensive and not happy I bad customer service and all the windows open different I

My sliding glass door was installed 2/17/23. While installing they realized they did not have the locking mechanism and the ""ball"" that the sliding glass door slides on. I was told to call following Monday. I called and I was told that the earliest they could get the part was Mid March. I called today 3/22/23 and now they are saying the part will not be here until mid April.

The door should not have been installed without all the parts. The door is so heavy we are barely able to open and every time we do open it, it gauges in the plastic at the bottom and has left a big scar and shavings of plastic.

I have never received a call from Power, I have to call to check on the status and they are never sorry for my inconvenience. This is thousands of dollars to just be cast aside like my business means nothing.

Our neighbor across the street had their windows done by Power and I was very impressed with the way they looked, so I asked him about his experience. He couldn't say enough good things about the work they did. I had them come out to give me a quote and was very impressed with the quality of their windows. I appreciated that they used a BTU reader to show just how much heat was being let into the house by my windows and how much theirs would block. They also offer a radiant barrier for the attic that I will be taking them up on. I committed to doing my first set of 10 windows of the 30+ I have in the house, and so far the work has been excellent.

I had Power replace my windows, my front door with electronic entrance and my sliding door everything was quality work the front door is heavy steel with double -Glazed glass they also installed a heavy sliding Door that's just beautiful it has blinds inside the glass of the sliding door everything Power has installed has been professionally installed it's pricey, but quality materials cost money.

Don't ever buy a single thing from this company.... They damaged every single window and now have to come back to pull out the windows they just put in b/c they messed up the installation of every single window. Not to mention the broke out every single window including my 96inch picture window. We also had gutters installed and they are.... You guessed it, WRONG! Also, don't expect to have an actual call from anyone within this company especially after they have been paid in full.... STAY AWAY

I have never experienced a more manipulative, sociopathic salesperson in my life. He spent time chatting me up about shared life experiences in order to build trust (as all salesmen do). After I received an estimate which I can not afford at the present time, I thanked him for his time and told him we would look up him/his company when the time came when we could afford his product. I then spent an hour guilt tripping me about how he'd had a wreck and that he had made a special, inconvenient trip to see me and how ""he thought we had a connection) or something along those lines.

I had been a customer of power home remodeling before. I can assure, I would no longer purchase an apple from them now.

The salesperson's name was Jesse. I can see in other complaints of similar nature from this website his handwriting...it was a bit distinctive. I would advise any in my acquaintance to have nothing whatsoever to do with tis company. They are souless.

Had all our windows replaced by Power. They are nice windows! We have a large picture window in the front of the house that has developed condensation and dirt between the window panes. I just sent an email today to let Power know. Then I saw the reviews on Yelp reagarding difficulty getting help when an issue comes up. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I can update this to a 5 star review after getting the issue addressed.

Amazing company from start to finish. From the woman that sold us on the windows, to the guy that measure it out, the installation crew, and the follow up man. I cannot say good enough things about this company. Quality, price, and customer is amazing.

Power Home Remodeling has replaced my soffits and trim around the edge of my house. They have been super helpful and professional! Asia was especially great and helpful. Great company!

They did a great job installing our gutters at our home, our new windows, and our siding and a brand new door. But when I called them to adjust the gutters due to them not throwing out the water properly they never show up after agreeing that someone would come out. Same with a new door I got installed. The lock doesn't go through all they way and I called and again agree to send someone and nobody ever comes out to see or adjust. Do I just have to keep calling? Yes. Do I want to? No.
