Purchased windows and a sliding glass door. Both were done professionally and the quality of the product i received was top notch. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after, I will say you get what you pay for, and these guys were worth every penny!. I will use them again for future projects

I'm adding a review here because I had an awful experience with their door to door salespeople. They knocked on my door (hard, multiple times) while I was on an important work meeting upstairs.

When I finally went to open the door, since it seemed like they weren't going to leave, they just kept talking when I told them I'm in the middle of a work meeting. I finally just had to close the door on them.

Absolutely will never buy from this company, given the pushy sales tactics.

Our home was built in 1965 and had single pane windows which cranked out. The salesman showed us the difference new energy efficiency windows would make but we thought we could only afford the three largest windows. But once they were installed we KNEW we wanted the rest of them done! So happy we did. Great experience in every way. Thanks!

We had windows replaced and a back door installed on our home. The windows were replaced first. Door replaced Oct 2022. We had issues with the windows and back door, cold air coming in during the winter months. After several visits to figure out the issue, the windows were installed with decking screws and some of them had to be removed to alleviate the cold air coming in. To this day we can still feel air, but according to Power it isn't ""enough"" to warrant any further action because it's not strong enough to ""blow out a flame""

The initial install on door looked great minus a imperfection in the frame itself. The trim around the back door had to be removed to put more foam insulation in to alleviate the air coming in. To this day, a year later, we are still dealing with Power. We've had someone out several times. With the trim being removed, it had to be reinstalled. We have gone thorough this several times and every time they try to install new trim it looks horrible. It has either been damaged by lack of experience with a nail gun, to trying to hide the holes by caulking and painting over them and the color not matching. The last attempt at removing the damaged trim and installing the new trim the door frame was deeply gouged by trying to remove caulking from previous install. So he just covered it with almost a half inch thick bead of caulk. Unacceptable. I have requested several times for a new door frame. At this point I have been told they will sand it and repaint it. I cannot get a manager to respond to my emails. I asked for clarification via text, with the employee who attempted repairs because he is the only one who contacts me, that that is their intentions and get no answer. To spend several thousand dollars and have it look as poor as it does is very disheartening. They got paid so now we continue to get the run around and told it has a lifetime warranty. So a lifetime of attempting to get it right ?

Power home installed new windows for me in 2020. Everything went smoothly and they were very professional and the windows have been great.
However. Since then, they have called me constantly to find out if I need anything else done. They would call 3-5 times per day. I asked them to stop, and they did for a while, but the calls resumed eventually and I ended up blocking the number.
But the worst part . . . A couple of dudes showed up at the door. Intercepted my teen daughter coming home from school, tried to get inside to do a ""20 point inspection"". Asked her if she was home by herself. Then they stopped by later in a different and unmarked vehicle. So unprofessional and sketchy! Lost my business for sure!

An awesome company to work with. From beginning to end, everything was smooth and efficiently done. Highly recommend for anyone looking for new windows! They are so quiet, I can't hear anything outside and am looking forward to my rooms being warmer in the winter!
