Very professional install, but will say ask for itemized quote. The quality of the windows is amazing.

They may not be the cheapest out there, but they are on point for all the right reasons. They follow up, are transparent and honest on pricing and keep you included in every step of the process. They were the only group that shared photos of all the work they planned on doing and why - others just guessed.

The installation crew was on time and took care of all the clean up. The company has been responsive and the quality of the work is great.

I would've given 5 stars but we had a miscommunication on the initial install date and I was disappointed. But I gave 4 or even 4.5 stars because the install team was top notch. On time, professional and completed the job in a day and a half (about 30 windows!) My install was in December and I felt an immediate difference as my new windows eliminated draft and my home felt more insulated. So far I am very satisfied with my windows

Great experience! We feel like we got a quality product at a great price. The warranty was a huge selling point and the app kept us updated throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using them in the future for other home projects.

We replaced all of our windows. Our sales rep was awesome. The gentleman doing the door to door cold calls was super nice (he's got a tough job). The windows are great quality (Pella rebranded). This is an honest company. Estimate ended being a little higher than final price. The crew is very respectful of property. Everything was cleaned up as if they were never here. They were super understanding of working around unfriendly pups and the process for moving from room to room to ensure no issues. I would have given 5 stars, but I did take away because a few of the window measurements were off and we had to wait a month for the final correct windows. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This is an update and a review on phase two of a POWER window install. When the POWER Inspector, Dakota, came to check the first window install (phase one), he apologized for their customer service rep's error in scheduling and to make up for their shortcomings, he offered a Customer Appeasement discount, hence an additional discount on the remaining windows we had opted not to do in phase one. Dakota promised everything would go smoothly because he was going to be in-charge. As part of the deal, I requested the same installers return so all windows would be uniform. He searched for a date and we finalized and signed the contract. Approximately two days before phase two install, as in phase one, I received a text message reminding me of the install and to make certain the installation locations were cleared so the installers could come in and freely do their work, without delay. I, as before, made sure the locations were ready for the install day. The install day arrived.
Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened as in phase one, no one showed and no one had the courtesy to call to tell me about any mixup. I called POWER, after the arrival window (8am-10am), and requested to speak to Dakota. I was informed he was in the field inspecting a job, however they would have him call me. The Power rep stated he would check and see why the installers were delayed. After a long hold, he returned and stated the installers had been delayed on another job and were on their way. I informed him the contract stated Patty's Crew was the installing crew and I would not allow anyone else to install my windows. The Rep said he was looking at Dakota's notes and that is what he had read.
Fifteen minutes passed and I noticed a young man in my driveway. I walked outside to see what he wanted. He spoke to me in Spanish saying he was with Power and was waiting on his crew to arrive so they could install my windows. I told him to contact Power and tell them I was not letting them in my house to install my windows as the contract stated Patty's crew was doing the install. He laughed and said okay and walked over to his crew that was driving up to my driveway.
I called Power and informed the man, Matt, to callback the installers he had sent and to have Dakota call me. Matt then told me Dakota was on vacation. That made me upset and I told him to get their stories straight because previously I was told he was out on a job site inspecting. He apologized, said he would call back the installers and try to reach out to Dakota.
A few moments later I received a text from Dakota asking me to call him.
After apologizing. We rescheduled the install with Patty's crew and Dakota said he would look for someway to make things right. The wife asked for some kind of compensation. Finally, the Install day came, Ms. Patty, her crew, and a different inspector came to make certain the install went well. Patty's crew did an outstanding job!!! Dakota never returned our call even after repeated requests to J.B. to have Dakota return our call. The wife finally asked J.B. if Dakota had come up with compensation for all the repeated mistakes in scheduling done by the POWER office crew? J.B. passed the wife's call to a Ben who stated he had spoken to Dakota who said he would try to get a discount but which actually meant no. Ben then said he had spoken to the Vice President who also said no additional discount for their mistakes.
It would have been an insult had POWER given us $100 discount, but it would have been OK, had this been offered; however, nothing...no calls from anyone, and why care, business was done.
$100 out of a total $28K spent is .35% or $100 out of remaining balance of $2.4K, that's 4%, in which both cases is NOTHING to make your customer happy after screwing up on two important occasions.
The bottom line is the installation crew, Ms. Patty and the two gentlemen, is the BEST thing POWER has going for them. POWER's customer service, their sale's team, their project managers and their leadership have communication issues, plus they appear to tell you what ever will appease you without first checking to make certain they speak the truth. Never say Never but we will probably not use Power ever again.

this is the second project we had done by power home remoldeling we would highly reccommend them for any home remolding you need,craftmenship,on time completion of work and everything as clean as before they started and for less than the other estimates we received

The windows were installed in one day and look and beautiful. Easy to use and clean and my house is warmer now.
