Everything was great from sales to installation EXCEPT the measurements were wrong even though it was done twice. This delayed the installation two weeks with a cracked window and all the drapes on the bed. I was told that we had an unusual situation for the measurers. I got a really good deal on pricing and am happy overall.

Make sure you know exactly what the new door will look like once installed before you make such a big decision. My old door was very good and I should have left it alone.

Nothing to complain. After some initial hiccups the installation went smooth. The windows are fabulous. He was clean and thorough. As they say, you get what you pay for and while I probably could have gotten this done cheaper, I can only assume that it would also look that way.

I'm adding a review here because I had an awful experience with their door to door salespeople. They knocked on my door (hard, multiple times) while I was on an important work meeting upstairs.

When I finally went to open the door, since it seemed like they weren't going to leave, they just kept talking when I told them I'm in the middle of a work meeting. I finally just had to close the door on them.

Absolutely will never buy from this company, given the pushy sales tactics.
