Power Home Remodeling's aggressive solicitation made me exceptionally uncomfortable. Our neighborhood has clearly posted no-soliciting signage as is. I was socially pinned into booking one of their demos that lasted approximately 2-2.5 hours telling me it was a ""Free Estimate."" The guy spent 15 minutes measuring our windows and an hour and 45 minutes+ telling me about the self-proclaimed value of their mediocre windows. The final quote was for $30,000 for a 1900 sq. ft. 1-story house. I used to try to be polite when people came to my door with pamphlets or whatnot, but I have completely stopped answering the door on solicitors and now make a point to lock my door during the usual hours of D2D routes. Please don't encourage this behavior by booking estimates. I can't wait to see what they put in their response to this review like ""in-home estimates might last longer than expected. "" allocate the time necessary to do things right - which means no corner-cutting ever."" The corner-cutting, in this case, being the sales script that's longer than most film scripts. I believe the process is more about an extended sales pitch than providing genuine value. ""Customers appreciate our thoroughness"" indeed. ""It's never our intent to make our customers feel pressured."" But if that's what it takes to make money, it seems to be a necessary evil to Power Home Remodeling. The guy went out to his truck to ""grab some stuff"" and yet left his phone sitting face down on our table... come on man. If you're going to record us, at least read us our rights first. Thoroughness indeed.

Got our windows installed today. The crew on site was professional, clean and through. They did a great job cleaning up all the glass inside and outside the home as well. I would definitely recommend them. Can't wait to finish the other half of my home.

Excellent experience. Power is the first contractor who has kept me informed about the entire process, including numerous calls advising what time they would arrive. Their app provided documentation of everything about my project including the contract and before and after pictures of the windows and doors.

Their work was meticulous and they even followed up with a QA manager to visit the house after the inspection to address any concerns I may have and to be sure the work was done properly.

They use a high quality Pella product.

I would not hesitate to recommend Power for future projects.

I had very expensive windows replaced throughout my entire house and the quality is good.
I'm not satisfied with the fact that parts of my curtain rods are missing and there's nothing I can do about it. My biggest issue is the fact that they never took the time to lock a single window in my house. Not one! They came to a home with locked windows and left me with unlocked windows. No warning whatsoever! Very disappointed and do no recommend this company due to lack of security and professionalism.

While the windows were installed well and look fine, they company they use for financing is the a complete scam. There are several reviews on the Stream Financial that have had similar issues with this company and for Power Windows/Remodeling to still use them is a complete disgrace. The people at Stream Financial are a bunch of wanna be bankers/accountants that don't even know the difference between simple & compound interest. When you pay ahead of schedule they down to you like a complete idiot because the only thing they know how to do is enter an amount into the predetermined program instead of knowing how to apply a payment appropriately. Now they say I am behind on payments, when in reality I should be ahead by 1.5 payments, and has accessed me 3 late fees of which they can't figure out how to reallocate the funds correctly. Shame on you Power for still using this company.

Had 6 large windows and a door replaced with their product. They were very professional and did a great job with removing the old product and replacing their windows and door. They also left our place clean. The new windows and door look great.

Once again these folks darkened our door. After THREE requests for him to leave our property immediately, I had to threaten to call the police to make him leave.

All of the positive reviews where they are the ONLY review aren't likely real.

This company is professional, always on time and their windows are GREAT! We did 1/2 our house in 2021 and the remaining windows this year! We wouldn't use anyone else!
