They go door to door soliciting. I told their salesman Jeremy I wasn't interested and I was nice about it. Jeremy continued to talk in circles becoming more and more ornery. He called me by name multiple times, but right before I closed the door he called me by a different name. Why on earth would I want to hire this company to do any work at my residence?

We want all of our windows replaced on our house and went about making a estimate appointment. My wife gave my number since I am home earlier in the afternoon, like 4pm, I can more easily make the appointment.

Upon the call from these guys, they were nice and all, they suggested my wife be there and offered to come at 6:30, after she gets home but before our baby's bedtime. 'It's just measurements and an estimate so it won't be long.'

Later in the afternoon they called to confirm the appointment and said they are still on schedule for 6:30p.

6:50 comes and I call them to ask where the guy is and I am told by the phone service guy they 'always' give a window of 6:30-7p. Which made my wife and I look at eachother confused, since we both heard 6:30 and never a window. The guy promised a call back soon once he finds us a current eta.

Moments later a lady phone service person calls saying the guy is delayed and still at least an hour away. We option to reschedule.

I ask 'I'm off much earlier than my wife and I can be home without kids at 4, can we make that time happen, any day?' She replies 'well we have so many options and yadda yadda we really need your wife there blah blah blah'

I say 'Yeah but it's just measuring and an estimate, why would she need to be there can we just do it with me.' To which she replied it can not be done that way.

Lady, I successfully worked in professional commissioned sales for 20 years, I understand single leggers and taking away the 'let me ask my wife' bail out. But in the end your the customer is right and if your company wants money then they will work with the customer.

This company's lack of professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility lost themselves this customer and I will be sure to recommend against them to anyone looking for a window service.

We had two windows in bad shape and ended up going with Power. The lifetime warranty and efficiency of the windows along with the professionalism of the employees were the deciding factors.

There was a delay due to Covid slowing everything down, but they kept us posted on everything going on and when it came time to install they arrived at the very beginning of the window they gave and were leaving by the end of their two hour window.

From start to finish this has been an incredible Company! I am a single mom and always a bit leery of contractors and sales people. From the start there was no talking down to the ""little lady."" The product, fabulous windows, was throughly explained. The sales person, Talley, was super informed and did a great job of explaining the install process.
Carlos and his team did a great job installing my windows. The work area was left spotless.
This company is great, they manufacture what their own workers install, a completely vertically integrated company that warranties their product.

Had (4) windows replace. Three of the windows were to be the same but one is a little different. The quality of the windows is good, happy with that. The workmanship of the installers is poor. The trim pieces were cut poorly with very large gaps that were filled with caulking, in some areas the caulking already has holes in it!! So I will have to re-caulk. Minor damage was done to the inside trim that will have to touched up. The project manager was too busy to come to the house and check it out, very disappointing. Even though the quality of the windows is good the poor workmanship makes the overall job not worth a $1,000.00 per window. Glad I only had (4) windows done. I will try another company to do the other windows.
