This is my third time to use Power to replace windows. The quality of their windows AND service is excellent. They are great to work with... very communicative and everyone I've worked with, including the installation team, have been great. They are friendly, do good work, and leave everything as clean is it was when they got here. The quality of the windows is great and because the glass opens in, cleaning them is a breeze. No more excuse for not cleaning them. LOL. They come with a transferable warranty which a great selling point, if you sell your home. Also, repeat customers get a discount, even if you install windows in a different home. I've had no complaints at all and recommend them to anyone needing or wanting new windows.

If this is the Power Remodeling Co. I had contacted for shingles replacement I must say they are terrible in many ways. They did not make the appointment and noone called or came by. Then they sent me a quote for over $40,000 while I got less than 14,00 from other roofing companies! Do NOT bother working with them.

I would like to inform the head of Warranty Repairs Department about my deep dissatisfaction regarding the prioritization of the warranty works.
I am an 80-year-old man and every rainy day or night I have to take care to collect the rainwater which infiltrates inside my room through the wall, under the new window installed by you on November 26, 2023, causing flooding in the room. (see attached photos). I informed you about this problem in the first days of FEBRUARY and you scheduled the repair works for APRIL 13, without even sending an inspector to assess the situation. KUDOS TO YOU FOR SUCH A RESPONSE TO THE WARRANTY! Let me collect the rainwater seeping into my room for another two months! And what about if I'm 80 years old and I can't sleep because of the worries you caused me!
When, for the first time, I saw the interior wall of the room flooded by rainwater under the new window, I could not believe that the PROVIA window was to blame and immediately I hired a company to recondition the exterior plaster of the wall. It cost me $1,300 but it didn't fix the problem. Other horrible nights with rain followed. I decided to cut out and to remove the damaged portion of sheet-rock from the wall, under the window. Through the resulting hole, I saw how even a small amount of water that I poured on the lower outer frame of the PROVIA window immediately dripped onto the inner wall of the room.
Having now the certainty that the newly installed window by you destroyed my wall, on March 6th I called the Warranty Department again asking for urgent repair. It was like I was talking to a wall. Desperate for the cause, yesterday, March 27th, I called again and was treated with the same lack of professionalism and empathy: ""you are scheduled for April 13th!""
What would you do, Mr. Head of the Warranty Department, if you were 80 years old and every time it rained, during more than two months, you had to get up at night to collect the rainwater that risked flooding your room? How happy would you be to see your wall and room damaged after spending a lot of money to install brand new PROVIA windows? Am I to believe that you have had so much works done poorly that the warranty works have suffocated you? How do you justify such a delay so lacking in empathy for a very urgent situation?
I hope you have the dignity and honesty to answer to my cry of dissatisfaction.
