Went to the Norcross Art and Wine Festival, and these guys approached us and offered us a free quote for windows (we need to get windows in a year or two anyway, so why not?) Made an appointment for the next day for 10am, and said that someone will call us when they're on their way. Nobody called all of Sunday. I bet they were just getting people's information and selling them on the web. What a waste of time!

The sales pitch was longer than buying all my vehicles combined. We were ready to buy, but 4 hours later I had lost any and all interest. Guys were exceptionally nice and professional, but did not seem to listen when we said we were on a time crunch. I told the sales rep I just wanted measurements and price quotes. I lead off with the fact that I only had about an hour to spare and that I did not need to see the demos and what not. Yet, it was one thing after another.

I understand I am making a big purchase and I understand what is involved. I'm just not sure what the top executives are pushing down on these sales guys. It was a brutally long one sided discussion.

Just really made me not want to purchase anything from the company.

I am very pleased with service from this company. We were in the market for an issue with a leak and Power came an fixed our entire roof. They have a very efficient operational model, their pricing and financing is great, and the quality of their service is great. We had someone with us every step of the way and following up to service our needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market to have their roof done.

My husband & I have a strict policy in our marriage that we never entertain the idea of a divorce no matter how mad we are. It actually crossed my mind for the first time after he subjected me to over 3 hours of torture in dealing with this company. We happen to need a new roof & so when these people came knocking at our door while I was making dinner I told him to handle it. Well 3 hours of a boring, high pressure sales pitch later we got our $30k roof quote, but if you agree today we can do it for the low, low price of $18k. The one sales man, Bugs, was actually nice and I wanted to be like ""man, get out, you can do better!"". The other guy was a total toolshed and was rude. I even whipped out a boob to nurse my son while they were here, thinking they would leave, nope. We happen to have a HVAC repair man coming the same day and never in my life have I been so happy to pay a repair man. Waste of my time and yours guys, guess when you over price your product by 1000% you only need one yes to be a success. Just say NO to power home remodeling.

I was at BJ's and the sales guy offered a free home energy audit. Sure, why not? Then came the pressure to schedule today or tomorrow? I mentioned I live over an hour away, and they verified that yes, they service in my area. Appt for 3 days later, 10 am. Got the call at 8am to confirm, and verify that both ""decision makers"" would be home. Odd. Then they asked about how many windows I had. I reaffirmed I was mostly interested in the energy audit, and maybe wanted to replace one door with fogged glass. 10 minutes later, another call from them that they don't service in my area, and so sorry for the mistake. Classic bait and switch. I will be calling BJ's shortly, but after reading all the reviews here, so many horrible experiences with sales folks who refuse to leave after hours of pressure, and 4-5 times higher prices than others, I am glad I got dropped!

The rep who came to my home was wonderful. He did stay for 3 hrs but we enjoyed our interaction. We were given 3 days to cancel our agreement and realized the next day, the remodel was not feasible at this time. We called immediately to cancel. Here's where it went south fast! They told us they would send someone out with cancellation paperwork. What should have been simple was a barrage of them trying to continue to sell. When the original rep left, we had a GREAT view of Power. After the cancellation reps, I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with Power. Trying to guilt a buyer into staying is abhorrent. We mentioned how much we enjoyed our original rep. They used that against us and stated, he would be reprimanded for this sale failure. Stated he may be removed from sales due to our cancellation. What kind of crappy tactic is that. Although reviews state they may do good work, I will never know due to there HORRIFIC sales tactics. In addition, I realized another tactic they seem to do... they step out and leave their Ipads on the table. I have to wonder if they are continuing to listen to conversation in the home. They returned ""from getting a card"" to speak to things we discussed while they were out. Fix your tactics, you may have better sales. Sam's and BJ's should separate themselves from this ridiculously aggressive company.

We used Power Home Remodeling to replace several windows in our home, including a very large decorative foyer window. We were very happy with all aspects of their work, from the initial consultation, descriptions of options, measurements, and installation. Very professional at all stages of the process and a good price. Lifetime warranty and a good price. Highly recommend.
