Despicable company. Do let them on your property. They tried to get me to sign over for a new overpriced $72k-$$80k roof after pointing out that there was a leak next to my chimney which only requires additional flashing. My roof is less than 10 years old. They also over calculated the size of my roof by 1,200 square feet. Big difference! This company should have been honest with me and build up trust. If they had told me that the roof just needs a simple repair that costs under $1000 (as estimated by 3 other roofing companies) even though they don't do repairs, I wouldn't be writing this review. I wish they were just honest with me.

They did a great job on my windows and back door. Everyone was on time, which I very much appreciated, and very courteous.

Their sales tactics are so irritating and insulting that they are in a class by themselves. I can't get them off of my property after I have told them no. They absolutely won't leave. The easiest and safest thing to do is call 911. Don't wait. don't argue....just call 911. Our local police force went over ways that these people would wish they had left your property when told to. After four visits from these idiots, I look forward to the next one. At last a way to get rid of them.

Never give these people your contact info or sit thru their sales pitch. Their quote was high and they never, never never stop calling you, regardless of how many times you ask them to stop.

I'd give these guys less than 1 star simply based on their bullying sales tactics. The sales representatives go door-to-door (neighborhoods with a no solicitation policy are not exempt) looking to schedule an appointment to give you an estimate. Fair warning; initial scheduling and sales pitch can take 30+ minutes, easy.
Once they come back to give you the estimate and are inside your home, your day is shot. These guys will spend ALL DAY going over options you don't need and they WILL NOT take no for an answer. I must have said ""I'm not interested"" a dozen times over the span of 3 hours before I finally had to tell the guy to get out of my house in an authoritative tone. When he did finally leave, he was sure to provide his card with a $10K+ quote to fix my 3 bay windows.
Since then, they've been back 3 times, one of which happened to be after 9 PM on a weekday.

I loved them! Sales pitch was a little long, but with a large investment I want to make sure I get all the information about each company to compare evenly. In order to get an accurate cost you need to invest time to properly measure each window (which in our case was 29). So our sales pitch was about 3 hrs.
When we did decide to go with Power (no one could beat their warrantee OR quality) the next step is a walk through to ensure all measurements were taken, verify color choices (both widow and sash - pardon if I'm miss labeling), and set a date.
3 days prior to install a confirmation call was made.
On install day, the project manager called to verify who was assigned to our job and when they are arriving.
ON TIME. Installer came to the door introduced himself and told me the 3 other installers would be along shortly and he was just going to start unloading the windows. Job was started 30 minutes later. During install the guys were courteous, kind and polite. Made sure I was comfortable with coming in and out of the home, etc. I was able run a couple of errands, pick up the kids from school, etc.
After install comes the project manager. This is where it goes above and beyond for us. Nit picking and inspecting each and EVERY window inside and out. Made a couple of small caulking touch ups. He also noticed one more small touch up I, or anyone else would've never noticed, on one of the larger windows. So there will be someone coming out to touch it up on the outside. My point is... someone to make it 100%. I LOVE POWER!

The product itself is great, but the salesmen were incredibly pushy. Initial sales rep spent way too much time in our home, 5 hours!! The pre-install inspector tried to get me to pay 800 dollars more because the sales rep mismeasured the windows and he was having inappropriate conversations with another rep about how to get more money from people. They did not know I was in the next room. Today two men came to inspect the work done. After we just had 16 windows put in, they tried to sell us more work. They would not take no for an answer. When I finally started getting anxiety because they would not just leave, the satisfaction rep said ""you put up a wall fast"" talking about my personality. I'm pregnant and then he asked if I was going to have the baby right now. I was going to rate them a 4 star, but after this blatant disrespect I refuse to do any work with this company ever again.

we paid them 3500 for new gutters... not only were they not installed properly, they told us they couldn't do anything since our loan wasn't paid off... (even though it was via a 3rd party). gutters also weren't properly installed which caused leaks in our overhang that they are trying to blame on us.

Early December we had 6 windows installed in our home. John McFadden is an excellent Rep. After the demo we were convinced these were the windows we needed to have. Have never seen such a quality product. 3 years ago we had a triple Dining room window replaced by another vendor and loved the tinted windows and lift out windows. However, when we saw the ones made by Power Home Remodeling Group we were very impressed. Everything that John told us would happen did. Everything was very professional. We are now getting another double window replaced shortly,,
Great investment!

My husband set up an appointment with Power for a weekday when I could be home to get the estimate. The confirmation call came in the morning of the estimate and they asked if my husband and I would both be available. I said, no, just me. They said it was their policy to have both spouses at the estimate. I assured them I would be able to digest the information. They insisted we both be here (no doubt to push the sale on both of us) - I should have told him whether we were both here or not, making a decision on such a big investment wouldn't be done in front of him on the same day...instead I told him not to come for the estimate. He said okay, and that was the end of my Power experience. Glad I didn't waste 3 hours of my life on a company with such poor customer service, laced with chauvinism.
