They signed contract with me then scheduled a installation measure the next few days,,the person arrived and after some time reported to me that I had 2 options, one pay more than the contract specified or cancel the order, mind you I already gave them 50 percent on my card. I told him we had a binding contract as it's been 4 days and I was not canceling my agreement. I told him if they were backing out of the contract that I needed a 5,000 canceling fee as now I must start over with my time making calls and appointments to get quotes. He laughed and said they were
canceling the agreement and would refund my money that they kept for over a week. Then card company requirements for up to 10 days to finally get my money back, over 20k dollars.

This company is not worth your time to get involved with hours and hours of sales talk and measuring etc. They a lies.
Use they at your risk thry are not trustworthy.

Wow, what an exceptional company. We have had new windows installed in our home and it has been the best investment of all times. They have a hard coat low E tint and are totally sound proof. Also hurricane rated. The best of the best!! Having enjoyed our new investment, we decided to update our front door which was aged and in disrepair. Power came on time, measured and appointment was made and door was installed. The installers were clean, caring and the door is beautiful. It was a great value and we already have had many compliments. Call Power and power things up for a new look you won't regret!!!

Hubby and I were planning on replacing our two picture windows and a salesperson knocked on our door. Talking with him, we were interested so he set up an appointment. Meanwhile, I looked into the company reviews and was greatly impressed. Our rep came back for an appointment and showed us pamphlets and discussed the warranty of the windows.
The crew came a few days later and within two hours we had our new windows.
They are fantastic. We are so pleased.

from the initial contact until they finished the windows yesterday, it has been a pleasure. the great communication, both before and after was perfect. the efficiency and well trained crew was amazing. I've had plenty of experience in home ownership but, hands down, the best ive ever hired.

Don't ever agree to anything , especially ""Free estimate that needs to come back on another day"" from door 2 door contractors. I was dumb enough to give my number out, read the reviews about hard sale tactics, cancel my ""free estimate"" appointment and these clowns won't stop spamming my phone!

we had our roof, gutters and windows done. we are very satisfied with the work and professionalism of each worker. They did such a good job in cleaning all debris from the location. Our home looks beautiful Thank you for a job well done. we will definitely use you guys again. Next job is going to be sidings.

Buyer beware their sales tactics. They came around to offer a free quote. The guy at the door would NOT stop talking. At the appointment for the quote (on another day), their salesman wanted to hang around and talk for literally hours about their products, the business model they follow, etc., delaying the actual giving of the quote, and after many polite hints, I had to show him the door. They offer discounts only if you sign a contract on the spot. I said your team should have told me that the discount that was promised to me would only be offered on the spot at the appointment. I do not make any financial decisions on the spot, period, and they are not good at accepting this. They'll get cozy in your home and try to convince you until you agree. I can't get on board with this approach. Atleast 24 hrs to think it over would be more reasonable. They did the windows on my home before I moved in, so I can't speak to that process. The windows do appear to be great quality. You must have very deep pockets to hire these guys.

Salesperson came to door. There is no solicitation in our neighborhood. But my husband set up an appointment to have them look at windows.
This was around 1:30 pm. Nice enough fellow. Looked at windows then asked about the roof. Sure take a look. Oops trouble there is leaking. Wow now we are worried!

Time ticks by, what about the gutters? Sure take a look at those too.

Time ticks by. It's now about 4:30 and we still don't have an estimate. He is still talking to my husband about the roof. Even showing photos of the so called leaks. It's now 6:00. He is now starting to get to the numbers. Over 60,000 for a new roof. And windows about 40,000. Ok, we have a second story but don't have that many more square feet than most!
I am so tired of having this sales call. Never in my whole life have I had a sales call run over 6 hours. Then the hard sale comes in. If you sign today you can save about 10,000.

Well check your credit score, we can get you financing, blah blah blah. How about I run get a bite and come back? Sure we say. At this point I needed a drink and aspirin!

My husband and I talk it over and decided it was definitely a no go. We don't do these things without quotes and references and insurance.

He comes back we give home the news. At first taken ok but as more time wears on not so much. Price only good for now, goes up when I leave, blah blah.
Finely after over 6 hours of call he leaves.

First a today only price should be never taken from these people. Yes, they state the quote is good for a year. And the roof would have a 50; year warranty, but with insurance companies making you change out your roof who is to say that that warranty would be any good. I doubt they will replace my complete roof every 20 years. There was no data for that. Only they would talk to the adjuster if necessary. But, not for today's special price.

When you hear that you could save 10,000 you think real hard. But, we didn't fall for it and so far a new roof and gutters will be less than half of the 60,000 quote.
The sales tactics are by the book if you're in sales you will see them coming!

The initial two sales representatives did a great job at providing an overview of the services. I was interested in their window installation. Too bad that more time could not have been provided, especially with a project that runs in 10s $$ of thousands. My family and I decided this was a good time to proceed with new windows. The day of the installation, all went most well. The installer did a good job at identifying a manufacturer issue and I found a spring problem with another of the double-hung windows. The team broke a hinge on my front storm door, but they repaired it after I insisted they do something about it. A warranty person came out within a week, which was great. To date, the initial problem has resurfaced. To be fair, I have not contacted them and I hope they can be responsive again and repair the issue. I do not have buyer's remorse, but I was hoping for a higher-quality product. Maybe the salesperson's window had high-grade latches for sales purposes. Overall, I am mostly satisfied (not 100%) with the purchase and installation of the product.

Do not use this contractor. Poor installation and service after!!!

I had to cut out wall to verify coming from window. They refused to come out and look at it. RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
