Powell roof was very responsive when I requested a quote. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the debris in my and my neighbor's yards. One of the employees (Jerry) actually helped me plug a flat tire on my car. He went to Wal Mart and bought the plugs!! I was very pleased overall.

These Neanderthals were hired to do work on the property I rent. My landlord uses the cheapest, worst labor possible and they fill that bill. They completely destroyed my screened enclosure, plants went missing and calls to Powell roofing have not been returned in 3 weeks. Landlord claims he has had no issues with them and it is my problem. Several neighbors complained and got the same answer and no answer yet from Powell. We have been cleaning up shingles, tar paper and roofing nails ever since. They left a black coating on our front pavement that required pressure washing. What a bunch of unprofessional idiots!

They start at eight and stay and drink, fight and yell until 8 or 9 at night and have fights with each other in the meantime, shouting and cursing at each other in the parking lots and working drunk in the dark. DO not let them near your roof!

I loved the entire process. Getting the quote was impressive. James Powell stopped by my house and inspected my roof. The quote followed with a complete description of everything he was proposing. The first roofing company I have ever used that installed a double boot on the PVC pipes.

The team of 9-10 guys and gals came at 8:30 and finished the job at 4:00.
Everyone had a role, cleaners, installers, cleaning off the old shingles, adding the extra waterproofing, flashing, etc. It was very impressive to see a team work so well together.

When they were finished you couldn't tell they had been there, other than the new beautiful roof. I would highly recommend Powell Roofing!!!

Highly recommend for any roof replacement. James was impressive from the start. Came to my home and provided me with a thorough estimate. He noted all the extra items that his team does as part of the job. I loved the warranty that's included. We shopped around and Powell roofing was not the cheapest but I knew they had the best offering from a quality perspective. Our entire roof replacement took 2 days and the team was great! Loved the attention to detail and how clean they left my yard.

James gave me an estimate for a new roof just by email. He did a aerial survey and had the estimate in 12 hours. His price was the best of three contractors that I had called. He used the best quality materials with a 50 year warranty too.
The very friendly crew showed up on time and completed the job on my 1500 sqft house in one day. They did a amazing job and the clean up was fantastic.

I just had my roof replaced on Saturday by Powell Roofing and I have to report that the Powell Roofing crew and product exceeded my expectations. The crew (probably 8 workers) showed up early and in one long day gave the house an amazing looking new roof. Everything was organized and executed with zero issues. The yard was covered with tarps to contain the trash and nails, and the clean up after the work was done was superb! I received a 50 year roof at an exceptional price.

Powell Roofing did an outstanding job! James is also the MOST RESPONSIVE contractor I have ever worked with! I would call and leave a message and always got a call back quickly! He answered all of our questions, and we had many, quickly. A roof isn't cheap and he had no problem with explaining everything clearly. I would definitely hire him again!
