I put in a request at Home Advisor online for dry wall repair for 3 areas of my property. Andy responded back within a day- very professional and courteous. Andy also went extra miles to brainstorm with me to discuss different ways to repair my bathroom shower wall to be cost-efficient. He came to my property for measurement the very next day after my online request- very responsive. It is a great quality for contractors!

Andy will start working on my project later today/tomorrow. I feel they deserve a 5 star rating in terms of how promptly his company responded to my request, provided me the quote, and fit our project in such a short notice before Thanksgiving. I will update my rating after Andy's team complete my project if necessary. I have a good feeling it will be great results.

Tara is offering to give me a ""free bug spray"" to cover their bad tracks of customer service, bottom line is do what you say !! simply call me in 1 hour as you said you were going to & not have your guy call me 30 hours later. Saddleback Pest Control is a great company to work with & they do what they say. Again thank you to Bo for handling our issues here.

As a local Realtor, I have used Bug Squad for over 15 years. Professional staff, competitive pricing, and quality work. Technicians are very prompt, and communicate throughout the process. I've had them help me with many issues over the years. The only company I use or recommend. Andy and his team are the BEST!!! Call them for any termite or Extermination issues.

Andy and his came out to work on repairing some exterior wood beams that had dry rot and termite damage. He convinced me to cut them back, treat it and Bondo it.

Ricardo and his son came out, did the work alongside some of my instructions. Installed beam caps I purchased. Cleaned up and work looks great.

I recently had my house tented for termites by POW! Bug Squad and was very pleased with their service. Everything from the initial phone call, to the inspection, to the tenting, and follow up phone calls were top notch. Andy, the owner was very knowledgeable and and explained all our options. The woman in the office was professional and efficient, and I was impressed that they made several phone calls to me to check in about the progress of the services I was receiving. It was clear that my satisfaction was important to them and they made it a smooth experience for me. It was truly a pleasure to work with POW! Don't trust this company . Fraudulent services
They hired some cheat sub contractors to do business for them the contractors is South wood termite. I had the service from them,this my biggest mistake. First at all I had appointment to fumigation my house between 9-1 pm I waited 3 pm they didn't show up and they didn't even call let me know what happened , so I bud squad field service tech his name is Marc Aumuller ( DON'T TRUST THIS DUDE) oh let me call them I will let you know for an hour later he told all they busy they will be there at 4:00 pm . Finally they showed up at 5:00pm
Three young kids , when they tenting my house they not even tent the garage so the neighbors called me and let me know, when get there they already left ,the garage door open and the garage panel damagedI callMars again I ask him why they didn't tenting my garage ? He told me not enough space. I told him there is 1 foot space recorded contact paper he told they changed they need 3 feet space and he told me he go to manually spray the garage and (he not even come to my house do it still today ). I paid them to fumigate service not manually and ask what about my garage door you fixing it here what he told you should call the south woods termite and complain to them (WTF)
I told him had contact with you not them.
But anyway made stories short if you want save your headaches your time and your money KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT SERVICES , I should let them have zero stars

We HIGHLY recommend POW! BUG SQUAD if you are considering tenting your house for termites and having wood repair done on the outside. They do it all! We had previously been told that our shiplap boards could not be easily replaced, but it was no problem for Rob Sickmeier and his crew. After getting several estimates, we chose POW because of Rob's punctual, informative, and thorough proposal.
Throughout the process, Rob was friendly and encouraging, walking us through every step of the way from the replacement of wood, to the prep for tenting our house, and finally by putting us in touch with Danny Gomez and his painting crew. (See my separate YELP review...great job!)
The work crew was polite, respectful of our time & property, and cleaned up daily, never leaving a trace of debris. In addition, Rob checked in with us daily, and he continued to do so with the painting crew, even after POW was finished, to be certain that there was no wood still needing replacement. As a matter of fact, during the painting prep two additional boards were discovered that needed replacing and Rob made sure it was done the next day. He was always quick to respond and there when he said he would be!
We were very impressed and appreciative of the work done on our house and felt that the cost was beyond fair!

I needed to have a termite inspection done ASAP to complete a refi for my home. While I couldn't get them out on my preferred day, when they came to my property, they very quick and thorough. Inspected and treated for minor termite damage on day 1 and did repairs to affected areas on day 2.

Here's the best part; they were much less expensive than the other termite/bug exterminators. Very professional and efficient from initial contact to completion of project. I would highly recommend them for your project also should you need pest extermination.
