My husband get this service and usually pay with a check one time he asked me to pay for him so I used my debit card which they put it in their system without even asking me so last week they came to provided the service and my husband pay with a check as usual and from nowhere they charge my debit card what a heck? So my husband emailed them asking why, and they said """"we have your check here and we haven't deposit you want us to shred it or keep it for future service really? They admitted to have the check so why do they charge the debit card as well so we stop the service we don't trust them anymore plus it cause to cancel my debit card be couple days with a card until my new debit card arrive so they can't never use it again without my permission

In my search for a termite inspection, I called about 3 companies and Yelp sent to another 5. Within 10 mins after my call to POW-Bug Squad, I received a call back from Andrew, the company owner. They were able to inspect within a week. Since I make it a point to get 3 quotes, the other 2 companies that responded were also very courteous and was able to come out to inspect within 24-48 hours. Their price was competitive, their knowledge and recommendations on options were thorough and clear, however I still wanted to wait until Bug Squad could inspect, to see if they were in line with my pricing & scheduling needs, since i was having my roof repaired within a week thereafter and i had to have fumigation and wood repairs done by Oct 12th. Fast forward, Josh came out to inspect and was so knowledgeable and informed me of my options and did not sway me one way or another but allowed us to make a decision and assured that they would accommodate as best as possible. My choice to go with Bug Squad was first.... the 10 min response time from Andrew, second the staff who made the inspection appointment were so nice, pleasant, and truly knows what customer service means! Alissa, Kelsi and Jackie.. they made me feel like I was being prioritized, communicated so well every step of their process. From inspection, to receiving a detailed quote, to scheduling wood repair and fumigation, I highly recommend POW Bug Squad for their professionalism, customer service and competitive pricing. Josh did a great job. He worked diligently and was able to put in custom shutters on the exterior of the house. Helps work is very precise and did an excellent job in treating for termites and taking care of all the wood rot by replacing the rotted wood and treating and painting it. Great team and great workers.

I had some dry rot under my eaves and I used Angies List to find some people to take care of this. The first guy showed up, looked at the problem and never even called us back. The second guy came out, looked at it, gave us a quote then said they could do in 30 minutes, I asked for the quote in writing and they said their office would get back to us (and we never heard from them).

Called POW! Exterminating. Andrew came out, looked at the problem, also found another spot on the other side of the house. Gave me a verbal quote and within an hour I got a formal quote via email with a full tenting and repair option and a local treatment with attic inspection and treatment (The method the recommended)

His crew showed up on the day scheduled on time (Even just a little bit early) were very fast, cleaned up all the work, nothing was disturbed. The work was perfect!

Pow Bug did a did a great job inspecting for termites, repairing facia board on exterior of my house from termite and water damage and also cleaning and repairing roof gutters.
