Called POW! for a possible bird mite infestation consultation. I'm not a pest expert but found some little brown/red mites crawling around our bedroom, coming in from outside and needed professional help.

The positive was that they were immediately available the following day to do the service. Downside is they don't come and provide a consultation in person. She told me the price, $180 for bird mites and $80 for each subsequent treatment and $400 and a subsequent $300 for bed bugs. Per my description, the girl on the phone said it's likely to be bed bugs. From my own research, bed bugs are a lot bigger than bird mites and I was pretty sure that it was bird mites due to two bird nests we found outside our window. I asked her... what if they come and treat for bed bugs but it turns out to be bird mites, then that? She said... that the technicians come and provide the service.

I didn't want to end up paying $700 for bed bugs when I had bird mites so I called and canceled. For the record, another company came, took a sample and looked at the bug under the microscope and identified it to be bird mites.

Josh and his crew were awesome. They did my fumigation with no roof damage. I was mainly concern with my title roof but when the job was done not a single title was broken. Josh came back out and did my woodwork days after and I was very satisfy with his work.

Do not use this place, they really are awful. Paid them $300 to get rid of a rat and the guy came 3 times for a total of about 30 minutes combined and nothing. I would not recommend them. The guy who came out said about three words. Non personal and not helpful. I feel like I got ripped off!! I've made sure I told everyone I know about this crooked company.

Josh and his team were so amazing!! Not only were they very professional with our termite treatment, they were also on time and answered all our questions. They are also full service! They replaced rotting beams, patched up stucco and even repainted the trim around our house! We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

I had some major work done with Pow Bug Squad and was very disappointed in their performance. The owners of the company we courteous initially, but the people they hired were terrible. When the removed a large piece of wood to replace it, they cut through an electrical and sprinkler line and never notified anyone. They replaced the wood painted it and moved on. After I paid them $18K, I had the house appraised and was told there was no power to the living room and the sprinkler timers didn't work. Since I was renting the home I had to hire an electrician and gardner to fix the problems, thats when I was told about the problem. I payed the $1,000 to fix the problems and notified Bug Squad and the never responded to my e-mails. I will never use or recommend them again, very terrible customer service.

After posting my review I was contacted by the company and they not only apologized for their employee's behavior, but offered to send another person out to spray again. A few days later the guy showed up, was very nice and did an amazing job. He also came back 2 weeks later for a follow up and since then we have had zero issues.

I had bug squad come to my house for a free inspection because I thought I had termites. Andrew Sickmeier came over, took a look at my property and let me know it was just crickets. He let me know he could spray my property, but I refused because I don't like to kill beneficial/harmless insects in my backyard.

He did not try to sell me anything extra and this combined with his honesty truly deserves a 5 star review.

We have had other pest control companies come to our property (door to door) try to pressure us into buying their packages, so after my experience with Bug squad I feel I can trust them.

I will definitely be calling next time I need an exterminator.

I had Bug Squad spray my house for bugs and pests. They also did a termite inspection at no charge. Very professional, clean, and effective. I was extremely satisfied and I will have them back out again for treatment. I haven't seen any bugs since! Drew of Bug Squad was very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Customer service was great off the bat. We needed some work done our deck. I called to get some wood replaced, Nicole (super helpful) quickly set me up with Andy. Andy explained the whole process and gave a fair bid. They completed the work in the time frame he estimated. I would recommend POW to friends and family.
