Roman and his crew do excellent work. We had him do a bathroom, master bedroom, and laundry room remodel. His attitude, dependability, knowledge, and work are top-notch. When he says he doesn't stop until you are satisfied, he really means it. There were many decisions that we made that needed to be amended as we went. Let me start by sharing that I've had a number of real bad experiences with contractors. And I'm glad to say that those days are 100% behind me. Roman and his crew are top notch. While my home presents some complexities due to its modern design, Roman's careful and accurate approach was a huge success on two major projects. You can tell from the moment that you engage with him that he approaches projects in two ways. First, he thinks like an engineer. He walks you through the exact steps that his team will go through in tackling the remodel. He is also super upfront about things that he is concerned about it encountering along the way. We have remodeled our house in stages over the years and our last two experiences have been very unpleasant up to now, until we met Roman from Positive Construction. Roman,is the owner of Positive Construction and I am so relieved to have finally met a contractor that is honest and completely reliable from start to finish. Roman and his crew were an absolute delight to work with. He has had the same people working with him for many years and they are all extremely competent, trustworthy and very knowledgeable in construction and remodeling. While Roman was working on our remodel, his staff came across a problem that was caused from the previous remodel. Thankfully, they discovered it while putting in the new recessed lights and found that part of the ceiling was wet from the new shower upstairs that was installed by the previous contractor. Even though this was not Roman's problem, he showed a level of care that you just don't get these days and he immediately tried to help me find the source of the problem. He immediately detected why it was leaking and he had very good ideas on how to correct it.
During the construction, Roman was also very transparent with what materials he used and always took time to explain everything and what was to follow in the remodeling process. His quality of work, attention to detail and his work ethic is far more superior than any other contractor we have worked with. He made the whole process stress-free and easy for us. We definitely made the right choice choosing Positive Construction. We would highly recommend Positive Construction to anyone who wants a superior contractor.

We recently hired Positive Construction to remodel our kitchen and living area. With Roman's expertise and a very organized schedule, our project moved along quickly and efficiently. We chose to live in the house during the demo and remodel. I wasn't sure if this was a wise decision, but Roman's crew and timeline made it all work seamlessly. Since we were living there, everyone that worked on the house was very attentive to our needs and cleaned up as they went.

What we were most impressed with was Roman's project management skills. He treated us like we were his only client. He kept all of our different projects lined up and on time so that we used every day to its fullest. No time was wasted, so the whole project was completed on time and within budget. Amazing!

We were also really impressed and thankful for Roman's on the fly problem-solving skills. When we tore out the wall we lost a lot of cabinet space and Roman made an excellent suggestion to make up for it. Add kitchen designer to his resume.

We are so glad we chose to go with Roman and his team. I honestly didn't think a remodel could go this well. We are so happy to be living in our beautiful new home now, thanks to their hard work. He is definitely the best person for whatever your project entails. He can handle it all with ease.

After talking with 2 different contractors, I called Positive Construction. It was a relatively small job, and it was difficult to find someone who would take on this sort of project. Roman and his crew came in and helped repair and remodel a portion of my master bathroom shower after the flooring gave way. Not only was his bid very competitive, he was responsive to all our questions and I trusted his advice. They were very professional, which is hard to find these days. He finished the job on time and within budget. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. I highly recommend him and his crew for your next job.

The best constructor for your needs!
We used services of positive construction when we just purchased our first house. Roman was very professional and thorough, he helped us to prioritize repairs needed that were found during house inspection when we were closing on the house.
Roman has a crew of professionals working with him, therefore his job was done quickly and beautifully including disassembling a giant wooden entertainment unit, saving all the pieces and repurposing parts of it as a book case in another room! They also worked on plumbing and painting and he can basically accommodate any project big or small around the house.
We would definitely recommend their services! Thank you for your business, we love our new home!
