After 35 years it was time for roof recover! I called Neri and he came out exactly when he stated, gave me a quote and stuck exactly to that - very good value. The best part is his (and his team's) attention to detail. My installation was certainly unique but their methods of installation were top-notch. I have very high confidence that I will never have an issue within my lifetime! I would highly recommend - very happy to have a great 5 tab roof, very clean look - as well they cleaned up around the outside very well.

I purchased a solar pool heating system from Neri 15 months ago and have been very pleased with it.

The sales process with Neri was friendly and straightforward, the installation was fast and painless, the follow up service has been excellent, and the product really extends the pool season and comfort level for the family.

I already had PV solar on the South facing side of the roof, so the remaining roof space wasn't ideal for maximizing solar heating, but Neri did a nice job getting the most out of what we had. We can feel the warm water blasting into the pool when the pump is on.

Can't say enough good things about Neri and his team. We had a leak in our new home during an epic storm (as did many of our neighbors), and expected to have difficulty finding a roofer on short notice. Neri came highly recommended by our realtor, and responded right away. He was on site within 24 hours, and had the leak patched in time for the next round of storms. He was highly responsive, reasonably priced, and finished the job quickly. Would absolutely recommend.

Neri responded immediately to our call about needing our pool panels repaired. He came out the next day, and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our panels. He had all the parts ready to go on his truck, and got the job done in just a couple of hours.

Since his repair, we have had zero problems and zero leaks like we were experiencing before.

Neri did recommend that we eventually change our panels completely since they are about 16-years-old, but he was never pushy about it. He offered to replace them once we were financially ready to.

I had a leak coming from my roof under my old solar panels. Neri was great. He came out with his crew and repaired my roof and replaced the old panels. They were on time, efficient and awesome. I highly recommend him.

This review is for roof replacement. I very highly recommend Neri and his crew. They did an amazing job replacing my roof and every aspect of our interaction and the work was excellent. I called for an estimate which cost $200. That initially threw me but it's absolutely worth it as he does a thorough inspection and I would rather pay to know that it's done right! He was at my home within a couple of hours and what he told me was exactly in line with what the home inspection guy told me when I bought my home down to the last detail. No BS whatsoever and his quote was very competitive. I immediately felt comfortable with everything.

Of course he credited the $200 to the cost of the job and we scheduled him to start about 10 days later. Then, about 2 days later a big rainstorm was scheduled to hit Ventura and dump a couple of inches of rain. I called Neri that morning and before I could even speak he said he was just about to call me and that he was heading over with some material to patch the exposed cracks and loose vents on my dilapidated roof to make SURE I would get through the storm without any leaks. He showed up in an hour and took care of it. AMAZING.

My roof is about 1500 square feet and they had to remove 2 previous layers of shingles and replace everything. I wasn't stalking them but I happened to be home and working on my house as well and I spent a good amount of time watching them work. They pulled every single old nail and replaced every single flashing, valley, and vent, and placed every shingle PERFECTLY using quality materials. Very efficient and very professional. They showed up on time, worked hard (in a 100 degree heat wave), and had it done in 2 days as promised.

It should be mentioned also that Neri is really just a very nice, decent guy and that his crew was really good-natured and respectful, and they worked with a smile the whole time. They were meticulous with cleaning up every last scrap of fallen material, cleaning gutters. and leaving my home and roof looking sparkling new. The quality of work is impeccable. Love these guys!

Our pool's solar heating hadn't been working for about a month and I was constantly asking my pool guy to look into it the whole time, never got fixed. Finally I decided to look for someone who specialized specifically in this. So I called Neri, so glad I did. Within a few hours of calling him, he was out working on figuring out the problem! He gave me an estimate and explained everything in detail. I agreed, and an hour later the job was done, along with a couple extra small leaks that were talked about but not included in the estimate and cheaper then what he had quoted me! We have been extremely satisfied with Neri and his roofing service. Our first experience was almost two years ago when we contacted him about our extremely leaky roof. I was impressed that he came out several hours after I first contacted him to examine our roof although it was at the height of the roofing repair season. He was pleasant, professional and quick in proving his estimate with two options; partial repair or complete replacement. The prices seemed reasonable. We replaced our entire roof shortly thereafter, His crew was very professional; they were efficient and cleaned up completely. Neri was always available to answer any questions.
Yesterday morning, a skylight blew off our roof in the heavy winds. Although Neri had not altered the skylights when replacing the roof 2 years ago, he came out personally within hours to examine it. He replaced the skylight as a courtesy and, in addition, secured the other two skylights as well. We could not have been more impressed!

Neri (aka Robert) was great! Our roof needed some broken tiles replaced, a solar panel for our water heater removed and the valleys cleaned of debris. He and his crew did an excellent job, quickly, efficiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable, and educated us on attic vents which can keep fire embers from getting into the attic. His removal of our solar panel also alerted us to the danger of those inactive panels getting too hot and scorching the wood they rest on. We would highly recommend him and his team!
