We used them on a large multifamily building where we assumed we needed a full tear off re-roof. Polo was extremely professional, from the initial inspection right through the completion. They were HALF the price of a tear-off, and were done in a third of the time, with no disruption to the tenants...The units were also significantly cooler right after they were done. We haven't had any more problems/complaints with leaks since immediately after they were done. We couldn't be happier, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!

I can only speak from my experience. Polo Roofing we have a large building on Ocean Drive in Hallandale. The building went through Hurricane Irma and is still doing well. We have not had any issues. We used them for our pool house as well. There was a leak. We called them over and they came and fixed it. We are happy with their services. They saved us a lot of money. Well if you are looking for a silicone-based roof for a commercial building I highly recommend Polo international. Recently I contacted them for an estimate on my buildings that I own which are in-excess of 500,000 sq. ft.. My roofs were leaking and were in great need of help. I can honestly say from the moment I called Polo international inc, The office manager was superb. She set up a time and date for a consultation. Then Polo's field supervisor came out and took a look at the mess I was dealing with. They promptly gave me a written estimate, and from there I knew I was in good hands and signed the contract. Sure enough they executed everything we had discussed in a timely fashion. All the staff members and the workers were very courteous and pleasant not to mention very knowledgeable. I no longer have any leaks or have any roof problems whatsoever. I have also recommended Polo to all my business associates in need of the same services. I would also like to say I found out that they support the wounded warriors project. Since I have family members of my own in the military, this pleased me immensely. I have also noticed that my electrical bills have been significantly lowered since they applied the silicone. I also learned that their system is better for the environment than the traditional ones used in the past. So if you are in need of commercial, or residential roofing repair, replacement, or a new roof altogether, Polo is definitely the way to go....

Your exactly right , they put a waterproofing system over a roof that was leaking for 6 years never passed inspection and they warranted it.for 15 years not just the manufacturer warranty of the product but Polo international warranted it as well.
