Poe Roofing was hired to repair the roofs of the community I own a unit in. While doing the repairs, my ceiling/roof collapsed in. A storm of debris filled my bedroom. I was in the room feet away and quite alarmed. Thankfully I was not injured.

They fixed the ceiling itself but did not take responsibility for the related plumbing damage that occurred from the collapse. Their excuse was that it was related to previous work done, which I knew nothing about. I strongly believe that if you are renovating a roof at great expense, you must be responsible for the work done.

They did not take responsibility so I must give them a poor review due to their absolute lack of accountability. I was forced to repair out of my own pocket, with a cost of over $1,000. They gave no apology for my ceiling collapsing and were very dismissive in the entire process. I do not recommend this company for anyone seeking roof repair.

I highly recommend Poe Roofing. They are very professional from the owner to the office manager or the office coordinator to every single worker, they would address your concerns right away. The paperworks were processed right away. They are very organized. The owner Vince checks on his men on site everyday according to one of the roofers. They were very flexible with my schedule. For paperworks that I need to sign, they come to me at home or at work to make it convenient for me. I am very satisfied with my new roof. They did an excellent job. The staffs were pleasant and respectful.

They came out Jan 16th, 2018 paid $150.00 to have them inspect our roof and give us an estimate on repairs, so far have not received a report..husband has called them several times only to get a machine and no one calls back..will not be using them!!!

They always call ahead and let you know they are coming. The work is done well, and we have had no problems with the roof in the areas that have been repaired, since the work was finished. I can't believe that no one has said anything about this company yet. This is the company you want to come to your house to do your roof. They are professional, fast, reasonable and go out of their way for you. I had an amazing experience with them and I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends over and over. If you are seriously looking to get a new roof, please do yourself a favor and sign up with these guys. You will not regret it!
