I contracted Pedro Guzman to do my roof and that was the worst thing I had ever done, he is a rip off, he took most of my money and did a partial work (the guys that did the work were great and did it very well) but this Pedro guy never passed any inspections, left the job and never returned again. I called 100 times he would never return my calls, the couple of times I spoke to him he told me he was not going to finish because I had a bad attitude. 2 years after the roof was finish I had not one single inspection done so I had to hire an architect and a GC and paid a lot of money so I could comply with the city's building department, otherwise I was going to have to tear off all the roof and start all over. I had paid Pedro most of the money, but he refused to be a professional and complete the job. Buyer beware this guy is a rip off

My general contractor (Hermon Contractors) contracted this company to do the roof repair on my flat roof. The roof had several leaks which damaged the 2nd bedroom.

On Thursday, 12/17 they arrived early to begin the work. They finished the work on the same day & the roof repair looks good. However, my concern is that after they left, my A/C hasn't been working normal. Prior to them coming over, the A/C was working fine. The issue is the A/C fan isn't turning off. I keep my A/C on Cool with Auto fan. The A/C gets to the desired temperature, but the fan doesn't turn off it keeps blowing. I reached out to Hermon Contractors to express the issue. Supposedly Hermon Contractors reached out to the company, but they told them that they did not touch the A/C. So, now I'm stuck with an A/C fan which will not turn off. I feel PMG General Contracting Inc needs to be liable for the problem.
