I used PM Estrada Roofing years ago for a complete re-roof, they did quality work and were competitively priced.

Recently our roof developed an issue with some joint cracking on the flat roof.

I reached out to them and was assisted by Jennifer who was polite, professional and responsive. Within a few hours of my initial call a technician arrived, inspected the roof and promptly reported his findings.

The next day I received a call informing me of the repairs that are necessary and that they would be completed under warranty.

It is nice to see a company that stands behind their work, honors their warranty, and is so very prompt and professional.
