Our company became established in the Christmas season of 2015.
On December 26, a tornado devastated our hometown of Rowlett.
With my experience as a contractor, I immediately assisted friends and neighbors in protecting their storm-damaged houses.
Seeing the devastation up close and sharing in the grief of families who lost everything taught me that focusing on human needs was more important than financial gain.
My boss at that time didn’t share my view, as my volunteer efforts weren’t profitable for him.
I realized then that I needed to follow my own path, leading to the creation of Pledge GC from the aftermath.
As a proud Christian, husband, father of three, and ex-Navy officer, I hold my values close.
Helping others has always been my passion, and I tend to be generous, sometimes excessively so.
My empathy drives me to serve, while my principles guide me to lead by example.
My dedication to my faith and family inspires me to strive for excellence daily.
Having a high level of energy and enthusiasm certainly helps.
I am committed to my work, focused on reaching my objectives, and always looking for areas to enhance.
