PLEDGE GC officially launched during the holiday season of 2015.
A tornado hit Rowlett, our hometown, the day after Christmas.
With my experience as a contractor, I immediately assisted friends and neighbors in protecting their storm-damaged houses.
Witnessing the destruction firsthand and feeling the pain of families losing everything made me realize that prioritizing people over profit was essential.
My boss at that time didn’t share my view, as my volunteer efforts weren’t profitable for him.
That moment made me understand I had to forge my own way, resulting in the birth of Pledge GC from the wreckage.
I proudly identify as a Christian, husband, father of three, and a former Naval Officer.
I have always enjoyed assisting others and tend to be generous, perhaps to a fault.
My empathy drives me to serve, while my principles guide me to lead by example.
My commitment to God and family motivates me to give my best every day.
It doesn’t hurt to be energetic and passionate about my work.
I am diligent in my work, relentless in achieving my goals, and always seeking improvement.
