Platinum Universal was founded by Ernesto Fraga in 2011 when he couldn't find a general contractor that was both budget-friendly and trustworthy. The Fraga family has been building businesses in Waco for over 40 years. Before this, Ernesto Fraga Sr. was the publisher of Waco’s bilingual Tiempo newspaper.
