While we are just starting on Yelp, we are long-time residents of Waco! Platinum Universal was founded by Ernesto Fraga in 2011 because he was unable to locate a general contractor who met both affordability and reliability standards. The Fraga family has been building businesses in Waco for over 40 years. Ernesto Fraga Sr. previously published Waco’s bilingual Tiempo newspaper.
