This company likes to change facts to their advantage. It took just short of 6 weeks to get my roof done. On google he likes to say it's due to my skylight on backorder when in fact they totally forgot to order one. Seriously guys you can buy one at Lowes or Home Depot, I don't have some off size skylight....
They not only change facts, they're rude. Explains all the other 1 star reviews, most don't check back after leaving a review. He responds making the customer sound wrong, missed the class that the customer paying thousands of dollars is just as right as the ones spending a dollar!
Find another company, there's gotta be better than this one!

We were out of town when a large limb fell and created a large hole in our roof. Lane and his team came out right away and assessed the damage, sent photos, and immediately placed a temporary patch followed two days later with a customized repair with 1x6s, felt, and asphalt shingles. Very good and very tight. No more hole in our roof and we were very grateful we had no worries about structural integrity during the spring storm season. Lane and the team at Platinum were very communicative and responsive through the entire process. You won't go wrong with them. Thanks Lane and everyone at Platinum Roofing.

I needed my roof repaired due to some issues that came to light during the inspection for the sale of my home. I was in a time crunch and they were able to get Corey out to give me an estimate in two days. A few days later, Tim came to do the actual repairs. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it properly. I was extremely impressed with everyone at this company. Everyone was extremely friendly and very professional. I am very happy with the repairs that were done to my roof. Tim did an incredible job. I would not hesitate to give Platinum Roofing my business again.

Becareful, if your roof is not damage enough and they said it's a full replacement and you call your insurance, and it turn out to be under your deductible, you will get no money then, and in subsequent claim, the previous claim damages cannot and will not be combined with the new claim.
