Very disappointed in the entire process with Platinum Roofing. From day one, it was an ongoing challenge getting them to respond to anything like a flooded floor, simple phone calls or even courtesy emails. I initially retained them to solve water leaks caused by hail and wind damage to my utility room roof structure. It took almost four months and a new roof notwithstanding for Platinum to determine that there were wall leaks as well as roof leaks to my home. After giving them an $8,000 deposit, in June, they were virtually invisible all Summer long,...despite continued pleas for service. With record setting summer rains, they did nothing to protect my interior walls from ongoing water and mildew damage Ultimately, Platinum was paid $20,000 for a new roof that still has subcontractor, quality issues. In some areas, massive amounts of common caulking were applied instead of new roofing materials. Now, $20,000 later, Platinum Roofing declares they are not responsible for that and any interior water damage they helped create. After taking issue with the company's professional performance, the firm's owner's ultimate response was to threaten this post and my First Amendment rights with legal action. My advice to anyone considering hiring Platinum is to get... ""EVERTHING"" in firm writing and keep them on a very short leash.

He is timely, kind and polite with our homeowners, most important he gets the job done and is extremely communicative. Feedback from homeowners had also been 100% positive.

The owner Brandyn also stands behind his employees and this company truly thrives with beyond competitiveness and talent In their field, let's not forget professionalism which goes along ways.
