During the last heavy rain, I discovered a leak in my garage roof. I called Platinum Roofing due to their positive feedback on Yelp. They came out the next day. They had a reasonable solution for my issue. We walked the roof together for any other issues, and two additional flashing problems were noted. I also wanted my 35-year-old skylight replaced. The majority of the work was done about two days later. However, skylights were in short supply, and not readily available at big box suppliers. Cristhian custom ordered one for me. It took a couple of weeks to come in. Platinum had it installed professionally the same day.

I found Platinum to be very professional. They provided a free detailed estimate. They were timely in completing their work. And from what I can tell, the quality of their work was excellent. It took a couple of weeks to get the special skylight I requested, but Platinum didn't let that final detail fall through the cracks. I'm very pleased with the end result. It has rained since the work, an no leaks!

Excellent service, from beginning to end! I really appreciated that not only did Cristhian (one of the owners) promptly answer the phone when I called, but he showed up when he said he was to conduct a roof inspection. After being advised that we had a few sketchy areas on our 23-year-old roof, I requested a bid for a reroof and was ecstatic that Cristian's quote was significantly lower than a previous quote I had received. I was also pleased to find out Platinum Roofing could start working on our roof in less than two weeks' time. Not only did their crew show up ahead of schedule each day, but they had the job completed earlier than I had originally been told. They did a phenomenal job on our roof, and I was delighted that I didn't have a mess to clean up afterwards.

Platinum Roofing was great to work with. We have had a leak in our garage roof that we have been dealing with for the past two years. Have had two other roofing companies out and neither one were able to fix the problem, just charged us for non necessary work and still the roof leaked! So frustrating not to be able to find good honest companies and repair men. After this last rain storm, knew were needed to get it fixed. Read reviews for Platinum Roofing and decided to give them a try. Christian and his father were wonderful to work with, they responded quickly and were out the next day to take a look at the roof. As soon as they walk around on the roof they knew exactly what was wrong, they came back and fixed with in just a few days. It wasn't a major job for them, but they treated us as a valued customer. We are very pleased with the work they did, everything was cleaned up as if they had never been here. Thank you Christian and Daddy for a wonderful job. Would recommend them to any one. The price was very fair for the great job done.

Christian and his crew were great. I was a little particular with my color scheme, Christian worked with me on the design. It turned out exactly like I imagined.

They were on time every day and were gone by 4pm, sometimes a little early. He kept me informed on each step in the process and they cleaned up after each day.
