The owners feel that because they are the owners they can speak or treat you anyway they want. ( This was actually said. )
Another reason I say this is because they will disregard you as a homeowner because they feel they are receiving their money from insurance companies not the homeowner.
This company will reuse material and charge insurance companies for new pipe jacks and vents along with other material.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and recommend never to use them for anything on your home.
