**** BUYER BEWARE ****

This company is extremely unprofessional and shady. They signed a contract for a structural roof replacement and only pulled a permit for new shingles. The city halted work because they didn't make a structurally sound roof which began sagging afterwards. This company never made it right, attempted to charge double for the work they failed to do, then filed a lien on my house and a foreclosure proceeding. We've had to pay significant legal expenses and expert witnesses and the case remains pending nearly two years after they were supposed to finish in three months. Save your time and energy. These people will run you in circles until you are just tired. Poor communication. Gave me a start date and didn't start until months later. Definitely took advantage of us.

Horrible company did a full replacement roof and the extension flat roof.. water started accumulating on the flat roof .. when I called them to correct they made a lot of excuses and never did fixed.. stay away they are no good.

I saw some water marks on the walls of my house under the soffit so i called a local roofer (Planet Roofing). They responded quickly, came out the next day and gave me an estimate to repair the roof. I have been in the building trades for 48 yrs and they did an excellent repair on the roof leak.
I highly recommend this company.

Planet roofing came out and gave me a quote on putting a tarp on my roof of $600. When they put the tarp on they caused my roof to have leaks that it never had before. They came out a second time and patched the roof and now they sent me a bill for $1,200 because they had to come out twice the only reason they had to come out twice as because they did not do it right the first time I will never ever recommend them to anybody buyer beware

They were pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. I had two roof leaks repaired by them at different times. Both leaks returned within a year. My house is relatively new and the leaks were minor , so it took a little time for me to realize that it wasn't fixed. They only warrant the work for six months so I am looking for a different roofer that expects for its repairs to last longer than that. Go elsewhere if you don't want to throw your money away!
