Stay clear of this company named Sole Homes, LLC. In August 2021, I signed a contract with them to begin the construction process of a house on my property, with a scheduled completion date of October 2022. They were supposed to deliver the model house named Emely. Mrs. Elisabeth asked us to provide a cashier's check of $25,000 from Wells Fargo Bank as a contribution to start the construction process, which they never initiated.

Throughout the year 2022, they never submitted the plans to the city, and neither Mr. Steven nor Landys, who are Elisabeth's children and representatives of the company, took any action to progress with the construction. I gave them $6,000 in cash to add a Jacuzzi, but it seems they had no intention of doing anything, constantly citing COVID-related excuses and the high cost and scarcity of materials.

They wanted to change the construction materials from logs to sheet metal for the roof, which I reluctantly agreed to. They kept giving evasive answers to my questions, and I began to suspect their intentions were fraudulent. They claimed the permit process was taking a long time due to delays in the city, which I initially believed to be true.

Finally, in October 2022, Sole Homes informed me that it was not their fault, and they suggested making a joint contract to build the property together and then sell it. Of course, I refused this proposal (and I can provide evidence of that contract) because it was clear they lacked the capacity for construction. This was evident from the fact that two houses they started building three years ago in Chiquita Norte 2020, Cape Coral, are still unfinished and abandoned. I can provide photos from the beginning of their construction and their current state.

Every time I call them, they give me excuses after excuses. They also asked me to cover the construction costs and pay for the house myself, which confirmed my suspicions that they were scammers trying to take advantage of me. After I sent them a letter to terminate the contract due to their breach of agreement, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. Mr. Óscar, his wife Elisabeth, and their children have all ignored my attempts to reach them.

After confronting them they have gone into hiding, even closed their google business listing.

Quiero denunciar a la constructora SOLE HOMES. Por estafa. Nos engañaron y con la ilusión que teníamos de darle a nuestra niña que padece de ADHD y ASD la casa de su sueños.
Nuestra historia empieza el 25 de agosto de 2021 cuando nos reunimos con el señor Oscar Ccmpanioni el manager y esposo de Isabela green. el Gerente Steve B López que es el hijo de Isabela green , el realtor Landis Lopez; también hijo de Isabela G y la señora Elisabela Green para firmar el contrato de construcción de nuestra casa. La señora Isabella Green nos exigió $25.000 en cheque de gerencia para empezar la construcción de la casa con fecha de entrega el agosto del 2022. Pero... para nuestra tristeza todo era una engaño. Nos estaban tendiendo una trampa! nunca veríamos nuestra casa construida y con ello los sueños de nuestra niña de 12 añitos desvanecidos.
Que lastima! de todas las constructoras que vimos, la casa que a la niña le guso, fue la de sole homes llamada la Emely. Casa Que nunca vería construida ya que ellos no tenían la intención de hacerla.
Pasando 8 meses y en vista de que cada vez que le preguntábamos qué, que estaba pasando! nos decían una y otra justificación . Empezamos a sospechar algo raro. Decidimos comunicamos con la ciudad y contamos lo que nos estaba sucediendo y la ilusión que nuestra niña. A lo que la señorita Tammy Whitaker ( cordinadora de permisos de la ciudad de Cape Coral) nos envío un correo electrónico diciéndonos que esa compañía jamás les había pedido permiso para construir la casa ubicada en dicha dirección.
De inmediato fuimos a hablar con la señoras Isabela Green o Elisabet Green y cuando vio que los aviamos descubierto se puso a la defensiva nos dijo que tenía una cita urgente con un socio y se fue dejándonos con Cris Chino, el encargado de planos que de inmediato nos dijo""vuelvan otro día la señora Elisabet no los puede atender"". En ese momento nos dimos cuenta que teníamos que decirle A NUESTRA NIÑA QUE NO IBA A HABER CASA, QUE NOS HABÍAN ENGAÑADO
Por esto decidimos denunciar esta constructora para que no vuelvan a engañar a ninguna otra familia y a robar sus sueños.
