Our house's roof, gutters and windows were damaged by the hail storm in late March 2017. We vetted several roofing companies, and selected Pirate Roofing. We had a much better experience with Pirate than the last time our roof was replaced. We worked with Brent who delivered everything that he promised, which we appreciated.

He was also very patient waiting for payment from our insurance company. He wasn't pushy but instead very pleasant. We will use him again if the need arises.

I had a very great experience with Pirate Roofing after the Hail Storm of April 2016 hit Wylie, TX. Working with Brent G. of Pirate roofing, we were able to get all the repairs itemized and worked with my insurance company to get payments and repairs expedited to my complete satisfaction. I've already referred a coworker to Pirate Roofing and he is already getting great service as well. It is nice to work with company who is also located in your home city. I was fortunate to find a great Roofing company especially when hundreds ascended upon Wylie after the hail storms. Great job Brent of Pirate Roofing!!!

We had a severe hail storm a week ago. I contacted them less than an hour after the storm to please come tarp my roof. They called a week later wanting to send out a 'sales person.' What? It took a week to contact me then you want to send out a sales person? Seriously? The lady on the phone said they have been busy. I don't believe that they had that many people contact them in less than an hour that it takes a week to respond.

I had done much research before hand and went with Pirate roofing who was great, and John the owner was very pleasant to work with. They called with plenty of notice when they were coming to my house, did a fine job on my roof, and left the same day. Any proof the workmen had been there was cleaned up before they departed. The foreman, with a smile and a bit of broken English even came by to thank me before he left. Great company and would recommend to friends and family.

These guys are awesome. They're honest, they're on time, their crews are quick, clean, and efficient. After big storms tore up the roof, they even had a crew out here on Christmas eve, to make sure that Christmas wasn't ruined by an internal snowstorm. Plus, Josh and John know everyone in town, so they're a great asset when you need to find another honest contractor. Gods willing, we never have to replace the roof on this house again, but Pirate is the first company I would call if I needed a roofer.
