We provide prompt and efficient service statewide.
Our facilities include a well-equipped cabinet shop, a thirty-foot bucket truck, along with a variety of specialized tools.
We focus on providing high-quality services at competitive prices. While many General Contractors rely on subcontractors, we at Piper Construction prefer to keep subcontracting to a minimum and only engage subcontractors when required. Our skilled team features highly experienced and qualified personnel capable of handling tasks ranging from routine to exceptional around the clock, every day.
Evan Scott Piper, who leads Piper Companies began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 13, initially in the automotive sector gaining valuable business experience. He founded Piper Automotive & Marine Service, Inc. as a high school student, and at 17, he transitioned to construction, focusing on heavy equipment sales. He attended Florida International University, and graduated with a Business Administration degree. Piper Construction has expanded and is recognized as a major player in the residential and commercial construction and maintenance industry across Florida.

Dave B.I got in touch with Piper Construction after hearing the founder, Evan Piper, speak at a business event. At the time, I had just inherited a house in Pinecrest that had been neglected by a relative for 15 years. I needed to get that house put in good enough to sell condition. At the same time, my wife and I had just purchased an old Spanish stucco house in Coral Gables and found that the person we had bought it from had not been forthcoming about some serious problems. Evan went out of his way to make sure I had the teams and resources I needed. He sent his highly skilled people to crawl around in my hot, cramped attic, climb scary tall ladders, and make sure I knew what I was dealing with. When it became clear that some of the work needed to be handled by specialists (old Spanish tile roofing, for example), Piper Construction connected me directly to reliable vendors and sidestepped the traditional middle-man fees.
Evan Piper has a remarkable story to tell (which I won't spoil here), and a powerful set of professional and personal values that intertwine with that story. He's a pilot, a captain, a speaker, and an entrepreneur, and he has served on the North Miami Beach City Commission. Whether you need inspiration or a construction job done right, do not hesitate to call Piper Construction.
Kristine K.Wish we could give multiple negative stars. What a nightmare in dealing with this contractor for our full remodel. Everything stated in their sales pitch and contracting phase become a joke and struggles as our 8-12 week project turning into a 40+ week project. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality work and multiple attempts to upcharge us for them to fix their mistakes. We were told the work crews would be experienced tradesmen and craftsmen yet most of the crew as, at best, semi-skilled handyman level. The exception being the sub-contracted electrician and one of the cabinet makers. As for our project coordinator, she was worthless and we ended up doing most of the coordination. Do NOT hire this contractor!
