We worked with Seth, Sam, and Pete. All of the guys were amazingly-professional, but to top it all off, they truly made me feel like a little-sister to them as they cared for us. They had such knowledge of the industry and took the time to really go the extra mile. They provided such helpful, detailed customer service. It truly was, 'through the roof' kind of service. (Yes, that pun was intended. Lol!)

When other companies would only provide 10-year or 25-year products for even a higher fee. Pioneer Roofing Restoration provided better 50-year products and even out did them in pricing. Their work was excellent and even neighbors came by afterwards to compliment our roof.

My sincerest thanks to Sam who reached out to me to better resolve the previous situation. I think it's safe to say that we both wished the workers were on better behavior, but Sam has been very understanding and apologetic. He not only took this issue seriously, but also offered to reimburse the expenses for replacements and repair of my properties.

I think the way he reached out to make things right really showed the company's excellent character, and for that, I give both my thanks and appreciation for Pioneer Roofing under his leadership.

I generally do not write reviews ,but because of the kind of service that I received from Pioneer Roofing especially Sam Karim who worked on my roof and Gutter replacement , I had to write this and this is my first review on Yelp. He did an excellent job of discussing with me in detail about the Job and has been reachable all the time whenever i need to talk to him.He has a very good knowledge of his industry and provided me with right advise in selecting the product for my roof. When there was a small problem , he came and fixed it on time. There is never a time i had keep bugging him to take care of things. He worked with my insurance company through out this and got the missing items approved without my involvement . He made it a stress free process for me.I would definitely recommend Pioneer for any kind of roofing and Gutter Jobs.

Pioneer helped me to get my roof approved from the Insurance and did the fantastic job replacing my roof. The new roof received lot of compliments from my friends and family. They did the great job on cleaning up construction area after roof was installed and Pioneer rep was very responsive when I called and texted them for several questions that I had during this process.
