Jimmy Cefalo announces these guys like the best thing after melted butter. We are closing on a home that needs a roof however, since we haven't closed on it yet we would have to pay these guys a $350 estimate fee (Because we don't own the home yet) The current owners are ok with companies going out and checking the roof. We advised the lady, we have 2 bids and were looking for quality and people that have been in business a long time not so much the price. This and every other explanation provided to Pioneer waste no avail.
So, if we want an estimate it's $350 (which will be credited if we do the job with them) I have never heard of such malarkey in my life.
Poor business practice! Hey Jimmy, advertise this or at least mention it as a disclaimer. I guess, no one else here has encountered this. So, wait until you close on the home and then call them not 1 week prior. SMH!

Simply the best roofing company around. I had three other companies come and ""fix"" two leaks and they just kept leaking. In November 2018, a friend suggested that I call Pioneer Roofing and I am grateful that I did. It is now four months later and the roof has stopped leaking. I thought the price was more than fair and the service was great. They let me know when they were coming and showed up when promised. I would highly recommend them.

We interviewed tons of roofers to get a quote on our house and kept hearing conflicting opinions on whether we should repair or replace the roof. One company's ""estimate"" was literally a one line item and a huge price tag! On the recommendation of several friends we chose Pioneer, and I am so happy we did. They came out, throughly explained the job and although it was a little more money than other estimates, it was money well spent. They did a great job and I'm glad I finally made the investment so I won't have to worry about any issues coming up (which we've had in the past with other companies that don't make quality a focus).
