I hired Spencer at Pioneer Roofing for a written roof inspection. I had a great experience. The scheduling experience was straightfoward, and prompt. The written report is detailed with photos and actionable recommendations. The price was also very fair, a great value overall. These folks are GREAT at what they do. I have used them twice now for 2 different homes. Both times they got right to work, fixed the issue, and documented the process. Due to my house's shallow pitch roof (2 in 12), I was looking for an alternative to shingles and a better quality than torch-down rolls. Pioneer is experienced in TPO and PVC roofing materials. I chose the fully adhered PVC options. Pioneer's crew, with lead-man Henry, did a great job with this technical material. I heartily recommend them. Plus, Pioneer's price was substantially less for the same job by another good company that I've used in the past.

We had a fantastic experience with Pioneer Roofing. They replaced our roof a few months back and were professional and responsive. They even cleaned up extra wires hanging off the roof and hauled away a satellite dish left by previous owners that we aren't using. We're happy we went with them!

My new home inspection flagged some leaks in my main roof and lack of roof drain on my utility roof. Pioneer provided a very reasonable quote. (I had it quoted through 3 different roofers.) Their office and scheduling was very reliable. The roofers themselves were very professional, showed up on the day they were scheduled, and kept me updated.

I can't truly speak to the quality of the work as I'm not a roofer but what I've seen has been neat and tidy.

Roof Repair: We researched roof contractors and explored our neighborhood site. We found several who had decent reviews, including Pioneer Roofing. Alana and Spencer are a brother/sister team, and between the two of them, they made sure they got me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Once I chose them, they quickly set up a day and time to get the work done. The crews showed up on time and finished my roof before the recent 08/2023 rains hit. The crews worked quickly, quietly and respectfully. I have more work to be done in the near future and I will (without hesitation) use Pioneer Roofing. Thanks Spencer and Alana and the Team!!!

My new roof is complete. After a major leak in my roof and water damage inside, Spencer came out to seal up some questionable areas of my roof. My roof had a few years left but I ultimately decided to just get a new roof as water damage inside is expensive! I had several companies come out to quote, however Pioneer Roofing was the most reasonable and timely. My house feels warmer and I now don't have to worry about any water leaks for 25+ years!

I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing Co., and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. I am more than satisfied with the results of their efforts.
They do excellent work. Spencer and his team were thorough and efficient. They inspected and repaired the roof in very short order, going above and beyond what I was expecting. They did a very extensive repair in a just a few hours, and left the site cleaner then when they arrived.
