I submitted an online request for a quote to replace windows in our home. Within a day, I received a call from Erin to gather our information and I scheduled a time for someone to come out in 2 days at 6pm. Erin said the presentation would take 90min. I mentioned it would be me and my husband sitting in on the meeting. Erin also mentioned that ""Ed"" would call to confirm the details. Well, Ed just called. I told Ed that I was not interested in replacing all 30 of our windows and I questioned why it would take 90min in addition to my concern for someone coming out at 6pm when it will be dark outside. I wanted someone to look at the windows in the back of our home where settling has taken place. Would be hard to see at night. He assured me that it would not be an issue. Here is the reason why I give them 1 star....when I mentioned that my husband would not be available for the first part off the presentation, Ed said I would need to reschedule as ALL decision makers would need to be present. How does Ed know who makes the decisions in my home? He was condescending an assumptive. Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling.

I had pinnacle come out to give us a estimate for siding suppose to be 99$ a month we have perfect credit the guy that came out said its not true they just advertise that to reel people in it was going to be almost $300 a month just to get the cheaper siding put on that is false advertising and that annoying girl in the commercials isn't 5 anymore she is going to be in high-school on there not being able to say anything correctly.

They came out and gave me a an estimate to replace my roof and I signed a contract. The next day they texted and said the salesman had measured incorrectly and they wanted $5500 more. I refused. I said they should stand by the original estimate since we had a signed contract. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend them.

Never got past initial inquiry. They would not come out and talk to me if my husband was not available. I explained the siding was my decision and gave my availability and they still refused. They said he needed to be involved in choices? Who are they to think they make that decision?That was enough for me not to go any further with them in 2020 or beyond.

Mark THOMPSON WAS professional but not enough professional which he end up tricking us. I wonder if they trick all their customer. Unbelievable. All they want is your money. Roof price was hella expensive. 21k for a roof. We call to get a quote to see how much the roof was going to cost. That's all we wanted was a QUOTE! We didn't agree to even get the roof done from them. Calling us to set an appointment which we NEVER agree. Call Mark and he keeps hanging up on me. Chase was really rude too. The only person that was really helpful was James.

Sales person came to our home to give a quote for 4 windows. After he realized we weren't interested in replacing all of the windows in our house he gave us the runaround. Complained that he's 100% commission based salary, drives his own car to make house visits from Alpharetta and refused to give a quote because my wife wasn't home to listen to his sales pitch as well. Wasted an hour when all I wanted was a quote to replace a few windows. Don't waste your time.

I contacted pinnacle about roofing, soffit and facia repair. they informed me that it would be 90 minutes of my time and I had to be home. I met with salesman. He measured around the house from the ground. never went onto the roof or by drone to see what needed to be done. I was informed they do not do repairs only replacements. He touted better business a plus rating etc. I was told $23,000. I asked for quote and pictures in writing. 4 days later I still do not have it. I called office and they say the normally don't put anything in writing or pictures until they make up a contract. while at my home I asked for these and he stated he thought he could start now. excuse me! I told him I do not work that way. send the requested items to my e-mail.
