I came here just to see the reviews after a very odd experience with a salesperson. After we went over the specs for the job I was placed on hold and when the person came back on the line, I was rudely and abruptly dismissed with a ""we'll call you back in a few weeks, okay, buh bye!""

I requested an price estimate and had setup appointment for them to come out to my home but was informed they do not work with military veteran grants. I wish they would have told me that a couple of days ago before I made time and plans for them to come out .

They wasted our time about financing 1st they said we were approved then not approved then approved then they called and said we will deliver the roof supplies and dumpster to install your new roof on Tuesday so make sure you are home and we will install your roof on WED. They lied then we had to track them down to see what went wrong and Chris would not return our call so if you are limited on money or credit I advise you to save in advance for roof repairs I am glad it fell through because 18,000 dollars is over priced for a roof of a 2 bed room house

Do not, under any circumstance do business with this company. I had Josh Witchey come out and give me an estimate for some roof work and he promised to work with the insurance company to get the cost covered. I called my insurance company and scheduled a meeting with one of their reps and Josh promised to show up for the meeting. A couple of days later, the meeting time gets here and Josh no shows, has his phone turned off and the employees that answer the phone at the main office have no idea where he is nor do they make any effort at all to try to find him. Josh still to this day has not called and the insurance company denied my request and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my issues fixed. DO NOT USE PINNACLE HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

WORST window company ever!!!!!!!!!!! RUN! CANCEL YOUR APPT AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH.

I hated to give them the 1 star, I'm not a Yelp user, but I had to set up this account today so I could inform others about this so called window company.

IF YOU ENJOY receiving EMPTY PROMISES, have a strong desire to WASTE TIME on your project, absolutely love getting THE RUN AROUND when you call, have windows re-measured and re-measured to stall your project even longer (actually 3x), get the best excuses you've ever heard every week and STILL no product installed at the end of ALL this madness... then these guys will happily deliver ALL of that for you and absolutely nothing else.

I met with Pinnacle Home Improvements March 7th 2018, they sent their best sales guy out and I was sold...the presentation is the best it'll ever get, from the SECOND you sign the contract it all goes to hell in a hand basket. Before your signature's INK is dry and the deposit is out of your account dates start to change and excuses abound! Before signing I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the windows, a week after signing I was then told it would take 3 weeks to get the windows.

Late in March I called to cancel my window order with them because it was taking them too long, they begged for a 2nd chance to get it right, I gave them that chance. Here it is April 9th 2018, today I called to find out exactly WHEN the window installation would be done on my Buckhead investment property and they told me THEY CANCELED my order because THEY COULD NOT DELIVER! One 1 window out of 8 in the order was going to take an additional week to get. I asked the guy could you have called me to let me know all of the windows on the front could be installed but the 1 window in the back would take an extra week? He said ""I just assumed you wouldn't want to proceed."" 1 window cancelled an entire project?

They didn't bother to call to tell me they were cancelling, they just did. I called the representative with the winning sales presentation only to discover my calls were BLOCKED and texts unanswered THANKS CHRIS.

My deposit was refunded but at the end of the day if I had gone with Champion Windows, Entry Point, Glass Guru or any of the other companies Pinnacle sales representative trashed (I did interview those companies) I'd have my windows installed right now instead of writing this review on YELP!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

I had this company come out to quote me for windows and although the salesperson was certainly nice, their sales practices are terrible.
1. They never told me that a quote appointment would take minimum 90 mins. At the 2 hour point I had to tell them that I was way past my allotted time for this appointment and had to end our meeting.

2. Also please know that they DO NOT GIVE WRITTEN QUOTES. When I made the appointment I specifically told them that I was looking for window quotes. I also repeated that when I called to adjust our appointment time. No one ever told me that I would not be provided a written quote, as I would have cancelled the meeting then.

3. I was told that I should trust a company that I have never heard of and a man that I have never met to be honest and reputable and competitive and NOT due my due diligence and shop around.

4. I was told the price that I was quoted orally was only good for that day and would not be honored after today if I didn't buy on the spot.

All I am going to say I closing is, what kind of irresponsible people do they deal with that doesn't research, doesn't shop around and doesn't budget but rather just pays thousands of dollars after being ear whipped for a few hours??? Clearly I am not their ideal customer. I value people who value my time and respect my right to be a responsible, reasonable homeowner and a good trustee over my finances.

Chase the salesperson was fantastic and did everything he was supposed to do. I signed up, paid my deposit, and was ready to go. As luck would have it, I lost my job the following Monday and called to cancel my order.

I called their office and returned my paperwork and was told my deposit would be refunded. Fast forward 1.5 weeks and I got a call saying they haven't received my cancellation paperwork. I resent it and was told that I'd either have a check or a refund on my credit card by ""the middle of next week"".

Here it is the end of said ""next week"" and when I called, I was told that my check was mailed on the initial day I called to cancel. I asked them to cancel the check and refund my credit card only to be told that they needed to speak to the owner regarding my account.

If I don't hear back within a few hours, I will report the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company and most certainly will not be doing business with them.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!! They lied from the beginning but when I told them I wanted to get other quotes, they said they would give me the roof that I wanted. It's been about 2 years since the leaky roof was installed and in spite of numerous calls to their office, my roof was never fixed. The shingles are lean and looks like it was installed by a training crew. They lied and said their roofers are well trained but that was never evident in the job that was done. In every conversation that I had with their office staff, they mentioned money. There was never any interest in replacing my roof or the quality of the job but collecting my money. I told them that the insurance claim was also for interior damage but the demanded ALL the funds. I am so glad that I did not refer my neighbors to this company. HORRIBLE JOB AND DISHONEST MANAGEMENT. Too bad you don't have a ZERO STAR. Sad!
